FYI Re this crap. I just lost a lot of respect for this sub. I responded and told them IT’S A QUARTERLY BOX and that’s ridiculous and please cancel.

“We are sorry you are unhappy with your Beautycon Box subscription. According to our corporate terms of service (http://beautycon.com/terms-and-conditions-2) and also explained in our member FAQ section (http://beautycon.com/bff-faq), we are unable to cancel your subscription at this time. We are happy to cancel your subscription during the specified window, which in your case, for a Seasonal subscription, is within 7 days after you received your last box.

If you would still like to cancel your subscription after receiving your next box, please email us within 7 days of receiving your Spring Beautycon Box. Please respond to this email if you have any further questions.”

I’m so glad someone else feels the same way. I was just about to post this. I did try to cancel my box after getting it within the 7 days – not knowing about the rule and just kept getting glitches. I figured I will just try again later before my next billing date only to discover the option to cancel disappeared. I searched through numerous faq and did not find anything regarding cancellation of a seasonal box only info for cancelling an annual subscription. Needless to say I will not be resubscribing to this company. Terrible company service!

Put the item in my cart earlier. (I know I didn’t need another sub, but it’s such a good deal! 🙂 )

Hours later, I still had the item (Yrly Sub) in my cart but had a lot of trouble loading the page. (Fields for my address weren’t showing up.)

Finally got the check out page to load properly & submitted payment with PayPal. I got a ‘generic error message’ (from “Pagely”?), but my PayPal account page shows the payment went through and I got a confirmation email from PayPal & Beautycon (their account page shows me as ‘active’) .

Not sure if I got it or not. Maybe they weren’t expecting so many to take advantage of this deal, especially for a yearly sub. Hope I get it! If you use PayPal for about $21 a box it’s worth a try.

It told me after checkout that the coupon limit was reached, but it sent me an e-mail receipt saying my order was being processed and showed it with the 50% discount. I’ll update with what happens.

I don’t get this box because it skews way too young for me, and I don’t like to pay shipping (that’s why I don’t get the New Beauty Test Tube, among others). I want the shipping costs rolled into the monthly or quarterly fee so I don’t see it. 🙂 But this is a good deal for those who want this box.

Oh yay! I got it to work for the annual! I received the winter box last month and I’m pretty sure I’ll be receiving it again since it’s not sold out, but it was good, so I won’t complain.

I got an annual order to go through with the VDAY50 code also. A weird error page showed up at the end of payment through PayPal. It’s showing up on their website in my orders as processing but also says at the top “BFF Subscription has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.” PayPal has also been charged. I have a sneaking suspicion the order will be cancelled before it’s processed.

I had the same error come up immediately after I ordered the box using the vday50 code and my order still says processing (over a week later). I contacted to customer service and this is what they said

“Thank you for email. You box is coming soon! You will receive an email with your tracking information once it leaves our fulfillment house. Hope you have a great day!!”

So I guess that means the orders won’t get cancelled!

I got the same message, but last week I got a confirmation email and tracking number (I’m getting the winter box).

My status on their site is ‘completed’, but I was on ‘processing’ before I receive the confirmation.

I got a weird error too but I got an emailed receipt from beautycon and paypal. I also logged out and back into my account and it showed my subscription as active. 🙂

So I got the $56 payment to go through and it charged to my PayPal account. But I think they figured it out and shut down the half off the annual. You guys try it and let me know but when I go back in it won’t let me try to purchase the annual. I thought my paypal didn’t go through but I checked my email and it did. We shall see.
