I’m clicking on the link, but I don’t see the place to swap to the flat-bottomed wok. Anyone else having trouble?

I am having the same problem. I emailed them and explained there was no “add on” button ANYWHERE that I could find. I tried it on the mobile site as well as on a desktop using Explorer, Chrome and Edge. I tried using Liz’s link as well as just logging into my account.
They responded with the same instructions Liz posted and that I need to make the change by tomorrow because boxes are shipping. I feel like they didn’t even read my email, very disappointing

From what I understand after reading the wok “seasoning” instructions, you use the ring for both woks to dry it over heat after washing.

I’ve been interested in subscribing to Hampton’s Lane and thought this box sounded great, but i’m a little confused as to the two woks. If you need the flat bottom wok for electric stoves, you shouldn’t need the ring for the round wok. But you have to pay an additional $2, and theoretically, lose out on an $8 value item? That doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t see the woks in the shop right now, but I thought I remembered people from the spoiler post mentioning that both woks were priced the same. Can someone clarify the value of the flat bottom wok?

Hi there!
Due to sourcing, shipping prices, box packaging and that we had to quickly order a smaller amount of flat bottom woks, we were not able to offer the wok at the same price in the box. This is the reason for the $2.00 additional associated with the box. We hope you understand and enjoy the box!
Best,

If you look in the shop at all tools, you will see the flat bottom wok for $35, I agree that it’s unfair you have to pay $2 more for $8 less in value.

Most flat bottom woks have a copper bottom encased in stainless steel to help with even heat distribution. Maybe that’s why?
