Balanced Guru Hug Me Long and Sweet Body Butter - FULL SIZE! Value $20

Wow! I'm actually surprised the retail value of this body butter isn't higher considering it is all organic! Considering I only need a small amount per use it will last for a while, too!

Q C Naturals Karan's Cleanser - FULL SIZE! Value $16.50

This cleanser is non-foaming, and just taking off the cap, it looks and smells like rose water. After putting it on my face, though, I can feel the glycerin and oils. It's a very gentle cleanser and didn't dry my skin out, so I would recommend it if you are looking for those qualities in a cleanser. (It probably isn't best for heavy makeup removal, though).

Here is a look at the body butter:

Theo Cinnamon Crunch Chocolate Bar - Value $2.50

This bar is gluten-free, vegan, fair trade, and organic! I opened it immediately looking for red hearts in the chocolate, but they are hidden!

This was good, but I'm not a huge dark chocolate fan, so it wasn't the type of bar I devour immediately!

Small Keys Be My Valentine Soap - Value $5

I LOVE the scent of this soap! Small Keys only uses essential oils (no fragrance oils), so it has that wonderful natural soap smell.

Verdict: I thought this was a solid month for Kloverbox! The value is good (about $44), and I like the variety of items too. My favorite items are the soap and the body butter. What do you think of the February 2016 Kloverbox?

I subscribed when they offered the “February box for free with a three month subscription.” I paid something like $71 for three months, expecting that I would receive February (FREE), March, April, and May boxes. Although I received the boxes, I was charged again in May for May, June, and July, which means I did not get February’s box free. I have been trying to find a way to contact them besides the online CS form they have because I have received no reply whatsoever. I am now worried that I’ll just keep getting charged and will never be able to cancel or rectify that they didn’t provide what they promised. I like the products overall, but not being able to contact someone with an issue is a real problem. If anyone has a way, please let me know.

Curious if you received the May box and what your thoughts were? I’m disappointed with this company and feel the box was lacking. I’m wondering if they are going out of business? I won’t resubscribe. It’s just awful.

Did she forget the cards? I’m interested in trying the Zoe breathe balm and the insect repellent, but sadly, I can’t stand Hello, so the shampoo and conditioner are discards. I do love the Green Miracle Balm from last month, and March’s box (with the Buckaroo laundry detergent and Coconut Clay Mask) was one of my favorites. My six-month sub ends in August, and I’m just not sure I’ll resubscribe, with so much variation each month.

I did not get the box. But there is a discussion on the forum here: http://forum.mysubscriptionaddiction.com/discussion/2307/may-2016-kloverbox-spoilers

Hope that helps.

I am soooo pissed I can’t even speak. I was charged 1/7/16 for another three months of Kloverbox that I did NOT want. I tried to contact the company numerous times, with no reply. Everyone else raves about their awesome customer service, no one would return my emails. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They refunded my money; but Kloverbox still had a few weeks to disprove it. So today I get a letter dated March 2nd, a full flipping month after I disputed the charges I get a letter stating I’m being charged anyway because they provided documentation that I received the product. Their product is the January box delivered FEBRUARY 1ST!!!! That’s what the tracking number is for and it shows it was delivered. I NEVER got February’s box at all. It’s March 10th, no emails from Kloverbox period. Tomorrow I call my bank, since I can’t now they’re closed and scream at someone. This is ridiculous. Also going to file a report with the BBB, they can’t bother to respond to emails or FB messages, take your money and don’t provide a service.

Even Glossybox has better customer service than that. Even Book of the Month clearly states on the website, no refunds. You know what? I emailed them as soon as my account renewed and said I’d like to cancel. They responded immediately and asked if I would just prefer a refund and I said yes. Kloverbox has said NOTHING to me, couldn’t respond to my emails or messages, and then charges me for boxes I don’t get??!! I don’t think so.

Almost the exact same thing from me. So sorry.

Kloverbox is my favorite subscription. The owner puts a lot of heart and soul into what she does and I love that the products are non-gmo, and cruelty free.

Sara

Total lie, the owner can’t even be bothered to respond to emails, doesn’t ship a product that I paid for. Yeah, great customer service. Run far away from Kloverbox, don’t even waste your money!!

I had this sub for 3 months and all were bad. The pot rouge leaked all over and supposedly was the highest price item was not replaced. I look at the reviews here, and it is hit and miss. So for me, it is like it cost $50 to get a good box, because half the boxes are bad.

This box was definitely much better than last month’s. Hopefully they’ll keep it up!

Last month’s box was such a disappointment (I don’t remember seeing a review on here). I was much happier with this Feb. Box, and it’s a good thing that the soap was labeled because it really looks like a piece of fudge!

I was not sent a January box for review. What was in it?

It was pretty late– I didn’t get it until the beginning of Feb. There were 3 items– the best was a Palmetto Derma jar (full size) mask, a $1 bag of Apple Cheese Crisps, and a calendar w/easel.

Andi

I was disappointed with last month as well. There was a Palmetto Derma Rejuvenating Facial Mask (also seen in LaRitzy’s box), mini watercolor postcard calendars with an easel, and some apple cheese crisps. The PD made my sensitive skin very red, so I can’t use it. And the other items were just ho hum. This month is much better, and I am happy to get the cleanser and soap (local for me in CLT, too!). I’m not a big fan of the body butter, since it smells overly of shea and cocoa butter, and is very greasy.

Hildol

Is this box still available? I’d finally sub if it is

I can’t wait to try my chocolate (I gave up chocolate for Lent so I have a few weeks before I can).
My body butter was almost solid, I wasn’t sure if this was normal? Or if it just needed to be a little warmer? It had been outside for awhile.
I thought this month was a good mix of products 🙂

I wondered the same about the body butter – it was so solid I could barely use it. I’ll try to warm it up but it will still be hard to remove it from the skin. Let’s see what others say about it.

Marcia

As soon as you scoop out a small dallop of the body butter it warms and melts so it is able to be smoothed into skin. I’ve used it on my feet before dressing and after just 2 days my hooves are soft and smooth. I love this stuff!
