FabFitFun Spring 2016 Box Spoiler #3 + $10 Coupon

I don’t wear makeup in daily life, but I love theses boxes because they send me something fun and girly and different. I can try out the products. Its disappointing to see so many grumpy remarks. Some of the jewelry isn’t my taste, but I can always find someone its suited for. Thank you for all you do finding awesome products for us to try. BTW, what is a swap list?

I got an email at one of my lesser-used email accounts that said with code PARTY you get a free wireless speaker, water bottle and jump rope (all 3, not pick one). To me that equates paying $10 for the speaker (as opposed to getting $10 off the box with the other coupon) which isn’t bad as l like my speaker and would be happy to gift one! Has anyone trued this coupon yet?

I like the first 2 spoilers, and might be able to use the blush, but not a big fan of contouring. I know how to do it, just think it takes too long to do right and doesn’t really look that much better on my face to make it worth the time. I never use bronzer, either.

So excited to get that $25 31 Bits gift card! I’ve been eyeing that Joba Braid necklace for a while now! Obsessed!

Glad I cancelled. The necklace looks like something a middle schooler would buy at a Claire’s Boutique, not crazy about the jewelry gc, and I prefer softer makeup for spring.

Well I’m officially not excited for this box either. Aren’t we done with the overly contoured look yet? I think the trends are moving towards a more natural look, especially with spring and summer on the way. I will try the highlighter and blush but not bother with the darker colors.

Also not happy about the jewelry spoilers.

I love the Dermalogica kit that was in the winter box, and how it wasn’t even a spoiler, just an awesome surprise. Since I’ve already paid for this box (and summer) I hope there is a fabulous skin care or makeup item in the box.

I usually really love the gift cards in FFF boxes; they add interest and value to the box, making it feel more complete. but why oh why did they include a gc for a pure jewelry site when there’s already a jewelry piece in the box?? That’s redundant to me. Together there’s already 1/3 value of the box dedicated to jewelries, which I’m not happy to see!

Ugh! I’m so not impressed with this box! I hope the summer one is better.

I’m excited. This is what I love about sub boxes. I’ve been curious about contouring, but wouldn’t shell out for a kit on my own. Now I get to try and if I’m terrible at it – no harm, no foul.

This is probably a silly question. But the Massi throw in their add ons, is it a blanket or turkish towel?

This box is not shaping up to be a good one for me. Good thing I’m excited about my add-ons!

Hmmm. Seeing the two color options I’m wondering if I should change my skin tone selection. I have fair to light skin, but with an olive undertone, the darker option looks more like the color palette I would gravitate towards. Any suggestions?

Officially not excited about this box 🙁 Only signed up to use my referral credit so I wouldn’t lose it, but I still didn’t get the serum which was what I really wanted. I feel bummed because I got this before seeing the full spoilers AND didn’t get a good cs response, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth ?

Contouring is a little hard for my zero makeup skills. I could put it up on swaps if I ever get off the wait list. Not too thrilled with the other spoilers either. Hopefully everything else in the box will be good.

I think this is a great spoiler. I’ve never contoured and I’m nervous about my ability. I’ll watch the tutorials and give it a try but I’m doubtful. I don’t wear lots of makeup on my skin and don’t like feeling covered up so I’m happy that the goal of the contour kit wasn’t to cake over your skin. Since I’ll probably fail at contouring, I’m excited to be able to use these colors as eye shadow, blush, etc.

Ugh! I’m definitely cancelling the Spring Box because all these spoilers are not for me. 🙁

So we are getting the contouring kit in our box, but the brushes are an add on for $55??? Really? I was excited about it until I saw that.

I love this spoiler! I’m not crazy about the necklace or the gift card, but the contour kit totally makes the box for me. I can’t wait!

Not really something I’d use either. Plus just received an email about my add on: “We unfortunately could not secure enough Massi Throws in Berry to fulfill your add-on order. ” So I’m not in a happy mood when I think about this box right now.

I’m excited about this one. I have a $25 use or lose add on credit for referring a friend and was just looking at this. They show it as a $79 add on/$100 value with the brushes. Hopefully we’ll get the brushes too! I’ll will now skip this and choose something else – maybe a 2nd box for 2 kits 🙂

Easy pass. We’ll see what they have for summer.
