Just wanted to say that if you placed an order to get this deal it looks like they have started shipping those Coach wristlets. Mine was updated to show the wristlet order this morning.

I haven’t gotten my wristlet or a box. We’re we do get an April box? Do you guys have your wristlet?

They ship on the 20th. I think I got an email stating that they would ship that day. As for the wristlet I don’t know if it is coming with your box or separate. When they had the fur throw promotion earlier this year mine was sent immediately. You should contact them. They usually respond immediately.

As one of the “boot scums” that had their subscription cancelled without notice…No thanks. But I do have to just snicker slightly at all their attempts to get more customers.

I noticed that quite a bit of comments here relate to the customer service aspect of LLB. I have had a subscription with them for a little over a year. I’ve contacted them several times during this time. Their customer service department has ALWAYS been quick to respond, corrected any problems/concerns, and most importantlyvbeen fair, honest, and very kind.

*** I do not work for or personally know anyone from LBB. This is just my opinion. ***

With all the horrible customer service issues they have, I am not tempted. Plus, Coach factory outlet stores routinely have these wristlets for $25 to $30 here – so I remind myself that the wristlet may be great but it’s not costly…and getting involved with a box that may or may not be in business in a year is risky.

First the Groupon and now this…they really seam to be scrambling for customers. I would be very wary…

I read a lot of comments about the customer service, I had an issue today while ordering, sent an email and they responded in less than 30 minutes. Can’t beat that! Whatever issues they had, they seem to be trying to rectify. Have high hopes for this one.

This is so tempting, but I am subscribed under the old month to month rates, so the discount is pretty small, the upfront cost is high, and I might lose my old pricing. I think I just talked myself out of it, but I would jump so fast, if I didn’t have the old pricing.

Dang, that’s a good point about losing the old pricing. I just pulled the trigger because it’s essentially getting a free wristlet, and who doesn’t want a free Coach wristlet?

nana

I’m subscribed to LLB already under the old price but on a monthly basis, so this would actually be a break in the price. But I can’t justify paying that much $ at once. I wish LLB had the option of paying it in 2 installments.

Not even tempting due to their problems.

I’ve always wanted to sub to LLB, think this may be the perfect time to sign up…altho, I’m a lititle hesitant to commit to 12 months. HOWEVER, it would take the sub thru the holidays…IMO, I love those boxes the best! Think I just talked myself into it. Now, I just have to find $230

Would you do this one or popsugar Liz?

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

I like popsugar a lot, but this one is cheaper with this deal and getting that wristlet is huge! This will be my first LLB – hoping for a good one!

Ugh this is sooooo tempting. I already ordered the Groupon for April though. What if the next month of boxes is just like the past year’s which I didn’t care for. Only loved February’s box last month. Before then the last one I liked was Nona’s Kitchen one.

Annie

Agreed! I just looked through all the past boxes, and the only ones that tempt me even a little are the oldest ones. I also JUST bought that wristlet in black and have yet to use it a single time, but I am still tempted to spend $230 on a sub I don’t really like to get a white one!

Jen

I just ordered. I love those wristlets. Does anyone know if the LLB annual sub still gets the serendipity shipment for free with it?

Reply ButtonReply

HL

Unfortunately, that was only during the pilot. Now Serendipity requires a separate subscription.

Reply ButtonReply

Squared

Serendipity is separate now.

Soooo tempted to pull the trigger, however, I’ve gun shy after reading the reviews of the horrible things the owners pulled. To buy or not to buy.

I got the last box through groupon and it was missing an item. CS was amazing, I think they’ve really worked to make things better.

Is this a good price for this sub?
