I signed up for this, and have received two shipments so far. And neither time were the items usable for me. They say size 10 and up, but their size tens are not a normal size 10. Not only that, what you closet, it’s all dependent on how long somebody else has the items, and I keep getting sent stuff that I would prefer not to get. I realize by adding it to my closet it’s an option but I prioritized 20 out of the 25 items and so far I have gotten four out of the 5 items I wasn’t particularly looking forward to, and they’re all too big. I’m going to do one last shipment, after that I think I’m just going to cancel. It seems very pricey to rent these clothes in the first place, and the price to purchase an item should you decide to keep it is really kind of nuts for something that is used. I am not impressed.

This sub box was one that I was very interested in and the free nail polish offer made me go for it. I followed the steps and signed up using the link, but I did not receive the nail polish in the first box. It just arrived today. I’m pretty bummed about the nail polish, but pleasantly surprised about the fit of the clothing I received.

Update: Just heard back from Gwynnie Bee – it looks like a few orders went out without the nail polish, and they will be taking care of it asap. They should be sending an email to you as well. Sorry about this!

Hi Kim,
So sorry to hear this. I’m contacting Gwynnie Bee now about it. You definitely should have received the nail polish set. I’ll follow up asap.

Hello! I got my first box today, too, and I also did not receive any nail polish. 🙁

They finally got me with the free trial. I’ve been thinking about trying to narrow down a style and figure out what I like, and I’m thinking trying some clothes out of my normal “jeans and a t-shirt is dressy” thing will help 🙂

I’m currently doing a free month of Gwynnie Bee. Just FYI, they say they are for sized 10 and up but I’m a size 10 and I’ve found their selection in smaller sizes to be very limited. Before I signed up a searched by size 10 and found lot of cute stuff but found out later that some of those items were size 10W or 0X which would not fit me at all. It’s still fun for a free month but just be aware if you are on the small end of their sizes you might not find many things in your size.

I’ve been on the fence about trying this one, so this offer is perfect! Thanks!

Thank you! I just did it. I did not see the nail polish ANYWHERE along the way while checking out or setting up my account. Is that to be expected?

Yes – that’s correct. It’s tracked through the link, so it will be associated with the order as long as you used our link, but it won’t show up throughout the checkout process.
Hope that helps! And hope you enjoy Gwynnie Bee! 🙂

When will we get the nail polish? I’ve picked out my clothes and still no mention of it…
