Does anyone know how they would handle a box for me, im in texas and its hot everyday. Im worried items would melt. Anyone had that happen or do they use ice packs?

I already subscribe to this, and thought the March box was their worst ever. I’m not surprised they’re giving it away. Most of the time, though, it’s a pretty good box.
