Since the contents are unique to the DX boxes, I wonder if there will be separate themes or just one?

Personally, I like the premium option. Most of my favorite boxes have been in that category. The big drawback, beyond being harder on the budget, is that the pricier boxes have a harder time staying in business regardless of quality of content. But LootCrate is big enough to take a risk on a real premium box without going out of business.
Was there any mention of a deadline? I haven’t found any information on when the last day to sign up will be and when the first crate will ship. I want to subscribe to the debut crate, but it would be easier for me to budget if I could do it after the 1st.

I have to believe it will be different stuff so loot crate can suck people dry for $70 instead of just one or the other.
Now excuse me while I go sign up.

@Dan, if you count in the Level Ups (which I totally succumbed to), it’s even more, ROFL.

Yeah I read the FAQs and it is different stuff. I cursed a bit, but ultimately signed up for it in addition to the original.

Will they have the same contents as the regular box, but more stuff, or will this contain entirely different items? In other words does it make sense to have a sub to both?

I’ve confirmed by emailing them: It’s all different stuff. So no repeats from the Core subscription.

Wow..50 bucks a month seems kind of steep. I hope this premium box thing isn’t going to continue with other companies.
