Thanks, Jenn and Nancy, for letting us know about these Covet Crate subscription upcoming changes:
The big changes are: boxes will now ship every other month, and the price is going up by $5. What do you think of these updates? I think the bimonthly format makes sense for this type of subscription.

I like the bi-monthly model better. I’ve been eyeing this box….

This all seems fine, except I HATE how they explained that the monthly price would be going down. Don’t talk down to me. Your price is going up. Looking at things as monthly installments instead of overall cost is a great way to trick yourself into buying things you can’t afford and going into debt.

And yet they’re still called “girl boss” and “lady boss.” Now would have been the perfect time to change that, too.

I actually really like the names. It helps differentiate between the two sizes, and unless it’s some guy using “girl” in a derogatory manner, I don’t have an issue with the word.
What would you call them if you could pick the names?

“Made it” for the full size box and “Moving On Up” for the smaller box.

I once compared the difference in what the lady box versus the girl box contained for two different months, looking at reviews of both options. In my opinion, the girl boss box had the same bigger ticket items and less of the lower ticket items. The cost of the lady boss box is still too much for me, even if it is bi-monthly, but I am considering getting the girl boss box, because it is my favorite of the new boxes.

I like how you summed up that long letter in a few sentences.
Their changes make sense to me. It will be interesting to see if they can follow through on the idea of more items or better quality. I will give it a box or two and then decided.
