Oh boy. I should have read the comments first. I could not enter the code either, and I was added to the waiting list. Here’s hoping for the best?

The cancellation policy on this one makes me hesitant. Also the fact that you can’t use PayPal. Think I’ll pass on this one.

So I just read their policy. It basically says.

They ship on the 10th of the month. You can cancel for the next month, by sending an e-mail between the 11th and the end of the month. If you cancel between the 1st and 5th (that is to say, right before they send out that month’s box), you’ll incur a $15 fee. You cannot cancel that month’s box between the 5th and the 10th.

So I think that as long as you remember to cancel by the end of the month, you are fine. But it sounds to me that their cancellation policy was written by someone with poor English language skills (as a non-native speaker I sympathize).

Their cancellation policy is a worded a little bit crazy. I really wish they would streamline it. It seems like they’re trying to manipulate you based on the way it’s written, but I cancelled once and it wasn’t a big deal. I had the month to month plan and I just sent them a message about a month in advance saying I wanted that month to be my last month. I was leaving the country and they wouldn’t pause my subscription for me, which would have been my first choice. A few weeks later, I resubscribed. I’ve also contacted customer service when something arrived bent and they we’re great about it!

Will I receive this months kit, the one pictured, or will I have to wait till next month? I really like the colors of this months kit. But when I signed up, it said I was added to a wait list?

I’m SO confused! I think I just subscribed but there was literally NOWHERE to put in that code, throughout the whole process! First, they had me fill out the registering process, then sent an email to confirm, then I was shot back to ‘update billing’. At that point I went to subscribe & all I did was click a button saying I wanted to subscribe! It was a strange process. No place to put the code & when I subscribed, I was told I’m now on the waiting list?? Any advice?

I had the exact same experience with no where to enter the code at all! Also note if you’re planning to cancel, for month to month subs, you must cancel before the 25th of the month otherwise there is a $15. fee! Super frustrating site.

I tried to register to get this months kit with the code and it told me to update billing and that I will be added to a wait list too.

Liz, do you have any clarity on this? There’s some confusion…
