Anyone else waiting on shipment? I ordered the Thai box on April 6th. My account still reads as “processing” and I’ve had no response to emails. I think this is my 5th box (not consecutive) and I’ve never had problems before.

Within minutes of me posting on this website about my order that I never received, Hampton’s Lane finally responded to me (this was after my 4 attempts to contact them with no response). I’ve never had any problems before either, but because I made a fuss, they responded to me with confirmation of refund and then told me they cancelled my membership. I never asked them to do this. I also never asked for a refund, I just wanted my box. I replied asking why they can’t just send me my box and why would they cancel my membership. To no surprise, I never received a response back. My guess is that you will receive a refund for your box, but you won’t get your box. You could also call your bank/credit card company and have the charges reversed since you didn’t receive anything and they won’t respond to you.
I don’t know what’s happening with this company, but it sure seems like they have a disaster of organizational skills going on.

I ordered my Pizza box for April and Hampton’s Lane charged me on April 6th. It’s April 22nd and I still haven’t been notified of my shipment. On Monday, April 18th I sent an email to them to which they apparently reply within 1-2 business days. Today I sent my 3rd inquiry to them as they have not responded to me at all. They don’t have a customer service phone number either. I think this is atrocious. At this point, they have stolen my money. I raved about their boxes for over a year and I feel like I’m being treated incredibly poorly. I no longer recommend this company, they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Interesting. My email said muy selection for this month was Spanish tapas but does give me the option to switch to another, including the pizza box. We do homemade pizza often and although this box has great curation the only thing really catching my eye is the pizza cutter.

Ooooh, nice! Tempting. I wish they had a pizza stone (which need replacing every few years so I can always use a new one) rather than a peel (which I have 4 of), but I suppose they are just too heavy to be practical.

I was thinking the same thing. If it included a stone I’d be pretty tempted to buy it but the rest is not as interesting to me.
