I’m a couple months in on my subscription and I’ve had a pleasant experience overall, including stellar customer service! Great box, Liz!

You can switch out products to the ones you want, however there’s one mandatory item they will automatically send you. Also for those that want to try them out for 1 month, it’s going to be tough to cancel. I spent the whole day back and forth with them because they wanted me to cancel after I receive the first box. They will try to persuade you not to cancel so you will need to be firm. I feel like they have poor customer service, they were too pushy and you can tell they need the money.

Why would you cancel before you got your first box? It seems the time to cancel would be once you’ve received the box. If I want to check out a subscription box I order one, and then when I receive it I cancel.

I def agree with you but I saw the list of products we can get and I already picked the ones I wanted and don’t see myself paying for a subscription that I know I’m not going to like the future items. They are very limited in green cleaning products so for me this monthly subscription isn’t worth it.

I figure it’s certainly worth trying for $5. I switched my answer on natural products to “always” and got Seventh Generation wipes instead of Clorox wipes. I also got a fruit and vegetable wash, which is something I don’t currently have. I think switched my last item (an all-purpose wash, which I’ve got plenty of) for a Woolite pet stain remover and disinfectant, which I (depressingly) really need.

I just placed an order, $5 and free shipping was worth the trying it, not so sure I will be doing monthly subscription because of shipping cost added in alone to push total over what I would ever pay for three cleaning items.

I was only charged $5 for anyone who is concerned about shipping. Enter your address for an estimate with the promo code already entered in on same page.

I put green products as a preference, as I didn’t want the Clorox wipes and got:
– seventh generation disinfecting multi-surface wipes in lemongrass citrus
– method antibacterial all purpose cleanser in bamboo
– Clorox bleach antibacterial foamer for the bathroom

Also got the added PhoneSoap phone roller in white.

I think the 7th generation and method are definitely worth the $5

I think normal price is a bit steep, but being able to try a couple of things I’ve been wavering on is nice! I signed up for this one! I will see how it goes…
It didn’t charge me tax initially, then added at the very end. Not sure why. Also, I picked the right answers on my quiz and got Clorox wipes as my featured item. I changed answers to see if there was anything else and got Mr. Clean liquid. Just FYI.

Good to know! I wasn’t thrilled with the wipes. Next time I’ll know to play with my quiz.

I like the idea, but I think I could get 3 cleaning products for less than $22/month. I bought 3 packs of Lysol wipes a few months ago when they were on clearance, the three pack was like $5. Half the cleaners you can get at the dollar store. What was the sub that sent like one green item a month? Like one month it was reusable sandwich bags, the next month a water bottle. I think it was $10/month.

Mighty Fix.

I didn’t get charged for shipping. I wonder if it’s based on how far you live from the company? It took a moment calculating after I put in my address and then came up $0 for shipping.

I finally bite on this one for only 5 bucks. There is a 4.95 shipping charge as well, but with 3 freebies. I like the green products and that you can swap out 2 products for what you need.

It is charging me shipping 🙁

might be a dumb question, but what is a “PhoneSoap Roller”?

Liz Cadman

From Squix: The PhoneSoap Roller quickly cleans dirt, smudges and fingerprints off any tablet or phone screen. It is a compact roller so you can use it on-the -go and clean your screen an unlimited number of times!
