This is one of the worst subscription box companies I’ve ever dealt with. Out of three months of boxes two had damage. My April box was a total disaster, emailed them more than 5 times and just received a replacement Mid-May. CS sent an email stating they sent the replacement order to the shipping dept. You would think they would’ve checked since I sent more emails regarding the replacement not arriving. I just received my May box and the herbs jar was chipped with glass shards in the wrapping (luckily it didn’t cut my child), and the French crepe flour was leaking from the bottom and some of the flour was on the crepe pan. The only reason I ordered the crepe box was because my girls wanted to learn. Now I might have to buy a diffuser from them for my first box since I have a glass top stove. Other than that I’m done. Just be careful if you have a problem with your box from this company, it might take a month, longer or nothing regarding a replacement.

This box looks great but I just cancelled today. I probably wouldn’t have received it anyway. I signed up in March, got the first “sign-up” box and then never received the April box. They sent me an email in early april about updating my cc # (it had been stolen) which I immediately did…and then nothing. I asked a few times and when they finally responded, they kept saying “everything was fine.” Umm, except no April pizza box.
Logged into my account and it said that a “grill box” was “processing.” Huh?
Finally – still no box as of today so I cancelled and asked them to confirm that they wouldn’t be billing me for April. Their reply? “You have not been billed for May.” Ha ha. GOOD ONE, HAMPTONS. I finally got them to say they wouldn’t bill me for April and the box I never received nor wanted (I wanted the pizza box!). Sheesh.
