Shipping says only $5.99 today but I can’t get the coupon to work. Anyone else having trouble??

I know! I just went to order it b/c I love the products. Some of them were really cute & unique like the ones from Etsy, but the shipping was $10. I guess it’s always $10/month for shipping?
