Kitenge Tote by Wildlife Works, Kenya (Retail $20).

This tote measures 31.5 x 12.4 inches.

It's made with canvas and kitenge cotton. (The kitenge cotton pattern/colors will vary.)

I love the one big strap! It measures 6 inches across and is very comfortable!

This is a roomy tote, the materials are sturdy and the strap makes it comfortable even if you load the bag up! A+ tote in my book!

Verdict: I think this is a good value subscription if you use the baskets - the main item usually covers the cost of the box, and the baskets are great for storage! I have a ton of totes from subscription boxes, but I always want more - they are so useful! This box was a good match for me, plus the design of this tote is so unique.

Liz you have that cute little postage stamp sized pic for your reviews–I hope at some point you will consider showing yourself with the products. Seeing size perspective plus where the bag hangs and falls when worn would have been helpful, and there are many times when a little wrist swatch of color is not enough. Be brave! Be bold! You are the MSA Queen, remember?! (Hehe)

I don’t know if this helps, but what is in their boxes, always will be available (for a reasonable price) in thier shop… Prices are not bad.

Thank you so much

Oh, I love that there is some green running through your bag instead of just mustard/goldenrod! Excited to see what I get!

I also feel like most of my baskets are green and purple, but I think I have my favorite color set to green (it’s actually turquoise and I wasn’t sure whether to select green or blue) and I’m really happy with all the green and purple baskets. I wouldn’t mind pink, orange, red, etc… or any color, really. But green and purple are nice. I think I’m up to about 12 right now, but it’d be more like 20 if I didn’t use them in gifts.

I have my favorite color as green and I have only gotten blue, red, and pink baskets.

Liz I got a chuckle seeing you holding out the bag. It’s ok I hate having my picture taken too. If I ever have to downsize my regular box think I’ll change it to this benefit box. Glad I like purple baskets (last months) but oh I don’t like green ones.

umm… I am not proud, but I rationalized the fact that this box is a lower price in comparison to others, I get both sizes!!

I like the bag, but I think I’d love it if there was some color / pattern in the middle of the bag. Sidenote – it seems like every basket I get is either green or purple (and purple is the color I request not to get in my profile) – I’m wondering if they have a stockpile of purple and green baskets like FFF has water infusers.

I ordered a few of the baskets when I placed an order for the Mexican glass cylinders. I do not subscribe to the monthly yet, but this $20 version might be right up my alley!

Liz, you should have modeled the bag! It is super great to see you in your reviews and it always is informative as it shows the scale of the item vs a normal sized person. lol

Thanks though, I was not aware of this particular less expensive alternative to the $50 sub.
