This month's them was Dystopia!
Each month comes with a mini-magazine. The magazine has more details on each item included, interviews, and other fun stuff to read.
Each month also comes with its own themed pin. These pins get you bonus digital loot as well! While it's mostly video game DLC, we've also received digital loot like credit towards a movie rental on VUDU.
You'll find a page into the mini magazine that outlines your bonus loot. This month's loot isFalloutu themed wallpaper and ringtones for your phone!
Robocop Shirt - Value $15?
I really can't think of a better shirt for myself. I loved Robocop when I was younger, and I still love it now - it totally holds up! Just unboxing this shirt has made me want to give it another watch.
You know what every Robocop fan thought when they unboxed this shirt?
Fallout 4 Power Armor Dorbz - Value $9.99 on Amazon
It's actually a bit odd to see something that isn't exclusive in a Loot Crate these days. Even so, this is an awesome Power Armor Dorbz vinyl figure.
Here's a closer look at the detail.
Your box also inverts into a great Fallout 4 backdrop to display all of your Fallout figures! I do love how Loot Crate goes above and beyond in their packaging - it makes my unboxing a lot more enjoyable.
The Matrix Puzzle - Value $10?
This is an exclusive this month. I'm not sure how old/young you were when The Matrix hit theaters, but I remember how mind-shattering the slow-motion gimmick was the first time you saw it! And subsequently, how disappointing the last movie was.
This is the full puzzle assembled! Since Matrix products are few and far between these days - I have to include this gif!
Bioshock Infinite Key Blank - Value $5-10?
Now this is a unique item for any subscription box! You can take this key blank and get it cut for your lock! I love the look of it - like it's straight out of the video game - and I love the general idea for the item. More of this, please!
T2 Metal Print - Value $10-15?
Can you believe it's been 25 years since T2 came out? Wow. Where you at, Skynet?? I digress, they're considering this a "print" this month - and I'll absolutely take this kind of print, all the time, over anything paper. While I'm not quite sure what to do with it - it's still a cool item.
Verdict: I wasn't a big fan of the theme this month, so I had throttled my expectations on this box. Overall, I thought they included some cool items - the shirt and key blank come to mind, but overall the box was just OK for me. Honestly, it's one of the best shirts for me personally, but the other items didn't really wow me.
What did you think of the June Loot Crate? What was your favorite movie franchise of the 3 featured this month?
