"Inner Child" Lemon-Lime Citrine Crystal Bar Soap - Value $5
We got a different variety of this same soap in the Mindfulness Box for adults this month, too! So far, it's been a hit at my house! This one smells great and so fresh. The crystal in this box is chrysophase, which promotes happiness and joy!
Coronum Artsy Transformation Set With Markers - Value $10?
This is a really cool little activity set that was carefully designed to teach kids the meaning of transformation, using the classic butterfly example. There's a story and two coloring pages with markers, so you can read while your child colors if you want. Then there are also a set of cards your child can pick from afterwards to start a dialogue about different choices, like "Choose Kindness Over Cruelty." I think it's a really good way to help set transformation as a process in your child's heart!
Mindfulness Bell - Value $5?
There are tons of ways to use a bell in mindfulness practice, and it's especially useful in meditating with children. The information card gives some really helpful suggestions, too.

Of course the boys instantly devoured this! They love chocolate, obviously! I'm happy because it has cacao and other good things in it.

This little bracelet is so pretty and cool! My eight-year-old loves dreamcatchers. I kind of wanted to keep it for myself, but I went ahead and let him have it.
Today an Elephant I Will Be! by Kathy Walsh - Value $12
This book is great! I read it to my kids last night, and they enjoyed it. It taught them about the concept of a "spirit animal", and it actually helped clear my mind up on the subject a bit, too! It got 4 stars on Amazon. They write:
The Joyohboy Book series gives children the tools they need to lead a more peaceful balanced life. Children learn to connect with their hearts, think positively, and to express their feelings. "Today an Elephant I Will Be" connects children to their animal guides. As they search for peace they realize that peace is an inside job. Peace is a feeling, as they look into the eye of the elephant they see peace that carries them through the day.
Verdict: I thought this was a wonderful box from Mindfulness Box for Kids! Last month's box was a little off for us, but this month is much more gender neutral, and the items selected this month are a lot better suited to my two sons. It must be hard to curate this type of box for kids in such a large age range, so I definitely applaud Mindfulness Box for continuing to offer something that is ultimately really helpful for children and their parents. The value of this month's box totals about $40, which is good for a $29 box.
