Every month, Mindfulness Box includes an info card detailing all of the enclosed items, but this month it was printed on a giant rolled up letter, so I had to weight it down to photograph it. This month's theme is "Sacral Chakra + Creativity + Clarity."
Carnelian + Sacral Art Print by Coronum Artsy - Listed Value $10
This print was included, but I think $10 is a little steep for the value. I couldn't find it online. Plus the idea is to paint it, so I wouldn't have valued it at $10 myself. I thought it was a coloring page at first. There is a meditation listed on the info sheet to reflect on while painting this print.
Sargent Art Watercolor Palette - Value $1.42
These are the watercolors that were included to paint the print above. The sacral chakra is pretty deeply linked to creativity, so this was a thoughtful inclusion this month.
Buddha Teas - Value $.050 each
I have tried many Buddha teas before thanks to subscription boxes, and they are great!
The Setting Sun Crystal Bar Soap - Value $7
This soap is so awesome! It has a carnelian inside, the stone of courage. It smells fabulous, too!
Return to the Roots Sacral Chakra Gemstone Myst - Value $18
This myst, on the other hand, is infused with carnelian dust! How decadent! It also has a hint of tangerine, one of my favorite fragrances.
Zenbunni Lost Salt of Atlantis - Value $3
This chocolate is good stuff. I'm still off the sugar at the moment, but this is going into my secret stash for sure.
Verdict: I am a big fan of Mindfulness Box! As usual, everything was well curated and will improve my mindfulness practice. The value this month was about $41, which is pretty good for a $29 box! The sacral chakra is one of my favorites (haha), so it's time to go work it!
