Tony Moly Kiss Kiss Lovely Lip Patch - $4 (on sale at Memebox for $2.50)
There are gel masks for your face and under eye, so why not a gel mask for your lips? I love its ridiculously large pink lips. It smells a faintly like strawberry (I tasted it on accident, it's sweet) and packs a big moisturizing punch after use! My lips felt plump and moisturized while my lip lines were temporarily diminished. I think this would be great to use when prepping for high-maintenance matte lipsticks!
Etude House Pink Vital Water Facial Emulsion 0.5oz - $1.30
I find this sample bottle adorable! This is an emulsion that absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving residue. The fragrance is light and unoffending. It is indeed lightweight but doesn't sink into my skin as fast as I would like. However, I do think it's great as a light moisturizer.
UNT Aqua Nettoyant Cleanser 0.3oz - $1.20
UNT is a Taiwanese online skincare brand. This hydrating cleanser is known for its high concentration of amino acids that cleanse the skin while maintaining a high moisture level. I like how clean my face feels after using the cleanser but I can't stand the smell. I interpret it as some sort of strong floral mixed with a chemical undertone-- not my cup of tea.
3W Clinic Intensive UV Sunblock Cream - $8?
This is a full size tube of SPF 50 sunscreen! It smells a little funky but only if you try really hard to sniff it out; the scent disappears quickly. The sunscreen is creamy, lightweight, and applies very smoothly. It sets pretty fast to a comfortable matte finish and works pretty well under makeup. I like this so much I may switch out my current sunscreen for it.
Verdict: I enjoyed trying every product in this month's 3B Box. My favorite is the 3W sunscreen; a close second is the Tony Moly lip patch. This month's retail value is around $14.50, which is definitely on the low end of 3B Boxes. That said, somehow it didn't feel like a bad month because I liked most of the included products. I do hope next month will have higher value!
