Products were okay but they have great customer service.

I recommend not ordering anything from Laritzy. All boxes have been disappointing. The one product I had looked forward to in one previous box, a Manna Kadar highlighter, had crumbled completely. It was unusable. I contacted them, and they sent me a deodorant in its place. The most recent box was disappointing as well with small, lackluster products and a bottle of oil that leaked out and all over the box. When I opened the box, some of the oil got on the nice shirt I was wearing that day, too! Laritzy sent a mass email saying how sorry they were about the spilled product–that there were so many issues that they can’t even respond to all the issues. Instead, they are offering $10 in credit to their shop to make up for the convenience of product leakage. Beware!

Unfortunately, I did not get that email. That might make me feel a little bit better about them, but at this point, I won’t be ordering from them again.

The mystery box is a joke, waste of money. A nail polish, some hand lotion and hydration repair oil. Not work 50$

I ordered two boxes and got the 1st one yesterday. Huge disappointment compared to the first round of mystery boxes. (First time, got full size Zoe’s body cream, lip gloss, deluxe sample – cucumber face wash and makeup brush.) Hopefully my 2nd box this round will be an improvement.

I think I got my $15 worth, but extremely doubtful that it’s a $50 value. Not sure if I’d order from them again.

Ordered two boxes this round, one at a time, a day apart. They shipped at different times, but I got the exact same items in both boxes.

Again, probably worth about $15+ – (the argon oil was a good size, probably worth the cost of the box alone). I would order from them again, but I would never order more than box.

Yup, same here. And the oil had leaked! And a color of nail polish that i’d never wear. I’d never heard of this box before and I have to admit, I am NOT apt to order from them again.

Tell me about it… I got 5 with the only variation being how much oil leaked out of each bottle… So much for all their brands and “new boxes”. I surely will not be buying from their new cosmetics line.

Can someone tell me, why is this the last mystery box??

LaRitzy is no longer going to be doing boxes that feature other brands. They are trying to clear out all of their inventory since they will now be selling their own line of makeup products. This is their last and final call to snag whatever was in previous boxes. The earlier months of LaRitzy were great but fair warning, the quality did go down the last few months (lots of brushes and lip glosses). Also there are lots of repeats so order at own risk.

I got the same box as well. I only ordered one and wont purchase more. I only purchased bc I don’t subscribe to them but the box was so so for me at best bc I would not use the tooth thing and I have two of those lucky lippies already!

I got 2 of these last time and these boxes completely sucked. Same exact box twice & the contents were definitely not worth 15 dollars. Order at your own risk.

Tried to order 2….my card was declined (first merit masteracard), checked acct. (After my heart attack) and it was fine. Then went to boxycharm (planning on subscribing anyways) and subscribed, card went through without issue. Tried a different MC at LaRitzy and it was declined also. Bummed out that it looks like I will be missing out on my first mystery box and so will my daughter.

I tried from the mobile site and the desktop. This is not an issue with either card, but it did give me a reason to use my card at boxycharm….I had to see if it worked ?

I had trouble with my (Visa) card, too, until I tried inputting the spaces between the numbers, as well as just the digits. Then it went through fine.

I ordered 2 last time, both had exactly the same items… 2 lip gloss, 1 teeny tiny tooth polish powder sample, and 1 brush… The brush is the only thing I’ll probably have a use for, so…
Not sure the box is worth the $15 price point, at least for me.
Guess I’ll spend my money on buying more Sephora and birchbox kits then

Yay! So happy that I finally got one. I’ve missed the other two rounds because I’ve been working. I’m bound to like at least one thing in the box, and for the price, I’m happy to give other items away to friends. I definitely couldn’t use my discover card, though. It said the same thing to me…not supported.

Ok….I did it again! But this time only got one box. The first go around I ordered two boxes and they were exactly the same.

The products I received are nice, I just don’t want two of the exact same items again, otherwise, I would have ordered two boxes again! 🙂

I bought, um, 4 from the first round. I’m not a regular subscriber and don’t sub to any natural boxes, so almost all the products and brands (minus ORFA) were new to me. I think I only had one repeat product, so I was happy with my mystery boxes.

I had 6 of these in my cart, added all my payment info and was just about to hit pay when I decided to read the comments for the 2nd round. Now I’ve decided to pass. I really don’t need anything right now so it’s better to just not spend $90. (I could get only one or two but with my luck, it would be nothing I wanted)

Every single time I try to buy this stupid box, something goes wrong. The first time, it made me create an account, and each time I tried to purchase, it said “congrats you already have an account!” but would never let me purchase. This time, though it CLEARLY shows Discover card as a supported card, it says my card is not supported.

I had issues with my Mastercard, subscribed to another monthly box I have been eyeing and it went through fine. My card is fine with plenty of available funds but was declined on the mobile and desktop site. Sad to not be able to land 2 of these for my daughter and myself.
