Every month, Mindfulness Box includes an info card detailing all of the enclosed items. This month's theme is "Supercharged Summer."

mindfulness-box-jun-honey-rock

The Valley Hive Blackberry Honey Stick - Value $0.25

Blackberry honey sounds amazing! If I'm going to have sugar, it's going to be from a natural source like honey, but I'm still trying to hold off. This will go in my tea one day soon, though.

"EX" Grade Amethyst Point Crystal - Value $5?

Subscribers could have received either amethyst or citrine. I'm glad I got amethyst! I already have a lot of citrine, and amethyst is my favorite, both in terms of the color and the energy signature. The values are not listed, so I'm guessing here. Crystals can vary pretty wildly in value.

mindfulness-box-jun-tapestry

Tapestry from India - Value $15?

This is listed on the info card as a tapestry, but I thought tapestries were woven? I could be wrong, but my point is that this is not thick, woven, embroidered textile like I usually think of tapestry. In any case, it's still beautiful. It's 3'7" x 6', and it's nice and lightweight. I love the colors, too.

mindfulness-box-jun-soak

Mindfulness Box Zuma After-Sun Bath Soak - Value $3?

This blend of essential oils and salts was custom made for Mindfulness Box, so the value is a guess. My bathroom is being renovated at the moment, so I can't try this soak, but I am pleased to see that it contains epsom salt. Epsom salt is full of magnesium, which can be absorbed through the skin. It's very relaxing!

mindfulness-box-jun-wood

Sacred Palo Santo - Value $6

Palo Santo is a wood that can be burned like incense. It has a strange smell, so I typically use it sparingly. It is great for smudging, though.

mindfulness-box-jun-salve

Red Moon Herbs Green Wonder Salve - Value $12.50

I haven't had reason to use this salve yet, but this is going with the kids next week to scout camp for sure. It's an all-purpose salve that's great for burns, bug bites, scrapes, and all kids of skin maladies.

Verdict: I am a big fan of Mindfulness Box! I love my new tapestry, and the salve really couldn't have been more well-timed. I'm not sure about the value because I had to guess on the most valuable item in the box, but I still came up with a total value of more than $10 over the cost of the box. You gotta love that!

AH

The tye dye print with the black pattern is the typical type of tapestry found in New Age and hippie shops in my area. I have had several in my younger years. But I also have the type of tapestry you’re referring to as a woven material. Both have been called tapestries in my experience. The kind shown in the review are much more inexpensive but like a commenter mentioned above, they are great for covering a large wall space. I used to even put them on my ceiling! Lol that took forever as I’m OCD on symmetry.
Lovely review Anna!

My kids have a couple of those tapestry things. They use them like a sheet or light blanket. They’re pretty! I got them on eBay for a few bucks. Kids thought it was really cool that they came from India!! Pics on there have them as wall covers.

I’ve seen that type of tapestry being popular with college students to 30-somethings. It’s a cheap way to cover a lot of blank wall space, and they’re often lovely designs. Useful in first apartments and can also be thrown over an ugly couch.

I think that “tapestry” is really a scarf or sarong, but it’s still beautiful.

That’s what I was thinking too. Really pretty though either way!

I tried to order this box, told there was one left and never heard back when I asked how to order it. Was little disappointed with the lack of follow through but looks like it was a good box. 🙁
