Fior Minerals Organic Ignite Illuminator - 3.5 g Value $12

This is a super subtle pink-tinted illuminator. It leaves your skin with a dewy, luminous look, but no shimmer/sparkle. I think this is great for everyday wear. I tried my best to swatch it below, but it is very subtle!

Juice Beauty Cleansing Milk - .5 oz Value $2.50

This cleansing milk was very gentle. It didn't get into a significant lather, but it did the job!

Lilfox Botanicals Kalahari Watermelon Eye Serum - 2 ml Value $14

This is the tiniest little serum sample, but since it is a product for the eye area, you only need a tiny amount for each application. This sample should actually last a for a bit!

This oil is super light, absorbed well, and was gentle on my skin - all musts for an eye serum!

Poetic Blend The Hero Oil - 5 ml Value $10

This is another lightweight oil, and it is made to be multi-use. I personally love it on the ends of my hair and on my cuticles!

And just to show you how tiny this tiny serum bottle is:

Verdict: This box has a value of about $38.50 - I think that's good for a $15 beauty box! I also love that Petit Vour seems to focus on quality over quantity, and the sample sizes are almost always good for multiple uses.

I’m disappointed with this box. I was so excited when I found out there was a Vegan sub box to try cruelty free products that are hard to find. But in my two boxes, the only cosmetic item I got was a tinted lip balm. Everything else is skin care, which I don’t mind but the whole reason I wanted this box is because vegan makeup is hard to find. Have others found its mostly skin care versus make-up? I’m thinking of canceling and finding something more makeup focused.

In my experience, the Vegan Cuts beauty box usually has more balance between skincare and makeup items! It’s definitely not 100% makeup, but it usually has more items per box that are less “high-end” vs. Petit Vour’s four luxury items per month.

Just signed up for Petit Vour based on reviews from this site and got my July box. I love it! Their packaging is awesome and I will use all the products but one which I am swapping. $15 is a steal for the products and experience 🙂

Question for the petit vour subscribers– I subbed on 7/19 and used the code to get the free lily lolo mascara. As of now, they haven’t sent me the box or shipped. I have emailed petit vour several times to ask when they will be sending out my box, but they haven’t replied. When do they usually send out the boxes, and is their customer service usually so lackluster? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I read their FAQs and figured it out but I had no trouble getting the mascara and they answered my email within 24 hours when I wrote to confirm I would get it. Did you check spam folder?

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it! I’ll hold out for a reply from them and expect good things!

I can’t really comment regarding the timing of their shipments (I was always a little confused with that aspect), but I’ve always received great customer service, and they always replied promptly to my emails.

Hi! My first box came towards the end of the month. Is there any chance you might be starting in August? Their customer service has been great so far. I contacted them to renew my sub and they took a few days to respond. I contacted them on Saturday because my serum leaked and they responded right away.

I have enjoyed my boxes tremendously. I’ve discovered some vegan brands that are so much better than their non-vegan/cruelty free counterparts(the Ecco Bella lipgloss has an application mirror on it…now I wish all my lipgloss did!) 😉 I hope you hear back soon. Have a great day!

Yeah agreed with the person above. I am sick of Juice Beauty in the boxes. I don’t like the line very much at all. To me it seems Juice Beauty is begging for marketing by collaborating with PV to get their sales up because they are desperate for customers. Juice Beauty if you are reading this… work on making good products… then you would have customers finding you and not you seeking out the customer.

That hero oil seems wonderful! Would love to try it. Great review!!

This box is comical.
I am also so sick of Juice beauty, three months in a row we have received JB in my PV subscription. The eye oil is about the only decent item this month and that goodness it covers the value of the box.
Just my opinion tho 🙂

If that had been true when I was a PV subscriber, I would have stayed with it. I love Juice Beauty! But I haven’t subbed in over a year now. This box never did it for me.

Is it wrong that I would like this box just because I want that oil bottle? I have plenty of oil but that would be great for traveling…..

LOL, I guess it is a little ridiculous to even want the empty bottle.

It is okay to lust over the packaging! I tend to hoard cool packaging, especially little glass bottles, hoping to find a new use for them. If I don’t, I still keep them! 🙂

That hero oil has done WONDERS for my skin! I know right away if a facial oil will break me out because I wake up with tiny little pimples all over my face, but with this one, I woke up with glowy, clear skin..I LOVE it!!!
