I’ve been wanting to try this, and have joined the website as a whole but haven’t picked a plan. What’s stopping me is that I want the 15 piece (plus 5 pieces with code, so 20 all together). Because I want the largest box/crate first, I’d like the next months to be the 4 pack as I wouldn’t need that much every month. I e-mailed about it when I joined with no reply (the last time it was reviewed, so July maybe?) so I’ve been hesitant to join and pay at the moment.. as it seems like you NEED a minimum of months at a time (unless I missed somewhere/small print). Basically, I’d want one (two, or three of those months to be the highest amount and the others to be the lowest amount). So, my question is (and what I asked) how easy is it to change plans, if you can change plans at all (which is what I asked support when I e-mailed with no reply)?

I just subscribed and am happy with my items. I paid attention to the labels for sizing and most arrived with proper fitting. My biggest complaint is that they don’t list the fabric content on most items and if they do it is not necessarily accurate. I got a skirt that looked rayon in the photo but turned out to be 100% leather with suede and a polyester lining. Due to the fabric and style of skirt I won’t be able to hem it for my short stature. Otherwise all items are in excellent condition and one is even new with its original tags. I’m impressed.

This is all new to me.I. am interested but want to look at all the options for plus sized clothing.I can’t seem to navigate the web site. It just kept. going to the boxes. How do I get to look at the choices in clothing???

I noticed several items this month were labeled “Unknown Women” and I didn’t know if that was an actual name brand or the item just didn’t have a tag… Well I ordered one, and it turns out the label was in Korean. Super cute top, BUT as you can imagine, an XL in Asian sizes is like M in American sizes. The other XL top I ordered was plus size. Neither piece fit.

I know they will give you a credit and a return label (hopefully with shipping prepaid), but that being said, if I didn’t have free shipping, then what good is the credit if I have to pay for shipping twice (once for the original purchase, and once when I use the credit to purchase again)?

I absolutely love their service, but the sizing issue is a huge concern and I’m a bit disappointed in the lack of progress on the accessories and shoes front. I know this is just growing pains for a new company, and I’m sure the super low introductory pricing is what we’re getting in return for helping them work out their kinks.

I think they should buy dress forms for each size so they can better determine what category (juniors, misses, regular, womens) a particular size belongs to.

I want to upgrade from a bundle to a crate while they still have the introductory prices but can’t figure out how. I emailed customer service 3 times since yesterday because there are things I NEED! Haha but they haven’t got back to me yet. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you try live chat? That’s what I did and they did the upgrade for me right away

Question for those who have ordered using their credits. If I have 8 credits for the month do I have to order all 8 at the same time? Or can I order 3 today, 3 tomorrow and 2 on a later date? I know it all has to be ordered within the same month. Just wondering if I can place orders on seperate days. Thanks!

Punkykiki

Bethany, you can order as many times as you like during the 30 day period of your subscription. If you subscribed with a free shipping deal, be aware when it expires or you will be charged a shipping fee for each seperate order.

On the “Revive Pak” that is 9.99 and says 4 items per month, but it also says “eligible to add a single paid of shoes” and “eligible to add 1 accessory” does that just mean only 1 of of your 4 credits can be used on those items or is it additional items?

I ask because if you go to “custom crate” you can select a 4 piece box for only 7.99…

Teresa

You can only add 1 pr of shoes and 1 accessory out of your 4 items. The Custom crate doesn’t allow shoes or accessories, is good only towards clothing items

Punkykiki

Teresa, I think you can add shoes and accessories to a custom crate for an additional charge. Choose the number of items you want per month, and the next screen lets you add accessories or shoes.

I agree about the confusing sizes but I did find that you can email customer service with the item number to ask for clarification but it did take a few days and there’s a chance the item will sell first. I love the subscription too and agree that my only concern is that they’ll grow too fast to keep enough new items coming. However, since the Sub is such a good deal, I figured that I’ll always find something to use my credits, even if it’s something to give away or to use for crafting material.

Ha!!! You’re right……if I can’t find anything, my three nieces will likely be styling!!! ?

I have been subscribed since June.

PROS:

Excellent customer service.
Beautifully wrapped items.
Fast shipping.
Great quality of items.
Amazing subscription prices.
Pre-paid labels for returns (although there is option to add this to your sub for $1.99?).

Cons:

Although customer service is excellent, is sometimes difficult to contact a live person by phone or chat. Usually have to leave a message.
Site says accessories and exclusives “coming soon”, but that has been up since June and no sign of them being added.
Shoes are not added very frequently at all. Photos of shoes do not include angle where heel height can be seen.
There is no subscriber benefits or rewards, although advertised in subscription options.
Sometimes slow to add new items.
Sizing can be very misleading. No differentiation between women, missy, junior, etc.
Best items sell out VERY fast.

Overall, I love my subscription. I believe some of the cons are simply “growing pains” and will eventually be resolved. My biggest concern is that they are growing a little too quickly for new stock to keep up. I would be very curious to know if anyone has used their VIP service for $99.00 a year and what he/she thinks of it.

Did your August credits already load? >..<

Punkykiki

Credits load on the day of the month that you subscribed, not on the first of the month. Mine will reload on the 6th.

Great post and I completely agree with everything you have written. Especially “Best items sell out very fast”,they seem to sell out before I have my credits:( Also there does not seem to be enough “new” things in my size that I actually want.

Punkykiki

When I first subscribed, new things didn’t seem to sell out as quickly. But now things are gone shortly after they go up…..wonder if they have a lot of VIP members who pay $99 to have first dibs?

Lauren

Oh man wish this was out a week ago I just subscribed! Do you guys know what their VIP program is like/ if it’s worth it? And if you do a custom subscription if it’s automatically a 6 month one?

I just subbed myself but I reached out to customer service to clarify the subscription plan… What they told me was that whatever plan you subscribe to you are locked in for 6 months and you can’t cancel before then. I am IN LOVE with this subscription and even turned my sister to it. Their customer service is seriously very nice and helpful. The stuff I have received has been in wonderful condition. I have to agree with a previous comment though in the sense that they don’t really differentiate between misses and women, and I have received an item that didn’t fit. You have to either look up the brand or know what you’re picking out. I hope that helps.

I LOVE this sub, but they don’t differentiate between juniors, misses and womens sizes. They just list what the tag says. I’ve gotten quit a few items that didn’t fit. Customer service has been good about making it right and crediting my account.

i agree! just gotten my first couple of shipments and they both had discrepancies! i bought a dress label large but turns out it was size 14 (xl) in little girls, it’s too cute so i’m going to have to wear it as a long tunic! LOL, also ordered low top converse labeled size 5 in womens but it turns out it is 5 in mens which means a 7 in womens… so bummed! i wonder if i can still swap them even though they are used? it’s technically coming from a subscription box.

I received a sweater that was listed as medium, but really an XS, so I contacted customer service via email. They got back to me within an hour and gave me two new credits to use! I still haven’t heard back about returning the sweater, but they said that can take up to 30 days which is weird.

Melissa

I wish they would give lengths on their jeans. As a shorty, I’m a bit limited that way Lol

Reply ButtonReply

Teresa

I wish they would list the lengths as well. I just look to see how long the pants look on the dummy model, I like long so want the pants to come down to the heel. Since you are short you might look for pants that come a little above the ankle mark. Do that same with the mens stuff for my son(he’s 6’1″) and tell him to look at the back of the jeans to make sure they go down to cover the heel. Have had good results using this meathod
