Has anyone else had problems with this subscription? I ordered 2 boxes last month along with other items from their website and although my account showed that the order was fulfilled, they were not even shipped. I emailed them several times with no response, and it was only when I initiated a dispute with PayPal, that I got a response. Even then it took another three messages in order for them to refund payment. I’d caution everyone to use PayPal for this company. I won’t be shopping with them again, it’s a shame as I used to order boxes randomly for the family to open at our weekly get together. It was so much fun

Can’t wait for this box to arrive, it will be my first one. I really like the mini box as well, this will be my second month with that one. That Golla laptop bag will be a perfect Christmas present for my sister-in-law.
