I’m so sad… just received an email that Essence is discontinuing their beauty box after September. I loved this box!

Essence, like BB5, always manages to include an interesting, never-got-in-a-box-before item or two, like the cleansing cloths. I got the co-wash and the Camille leave-in. Happy with the co-wash but wanted the keratin mask for the other hair product cuz I literally have a box full of leave-in conditioners. The Nudestix lip pencil had a nice texture, but both shades were terrible on me. None of the lip or blush products I’ve gotten so far have worked for me, but that’s the risk I take when I’m ghostly pale subbing to a box geared to WOC. 😀 I still enjoy the box and feel I’m getting my $10 worth (with coupon).

I adore this sub. It’s been my favorite box the past few months. I always get the combination of products I wanted. They really do follow your profile I wanted the duo lip cheek pencil but didn’t get it because I had eye shadow checked off and no lip products so that was my fault. Hope it keeps being great and don’t be scared off its not just a woc box.

While I’ll be happy with any of the hair products, I’m really hoping I get the Eden BodyWorks & Camille Rose products in my box. I’ve only heard really good things regarding Eden BodyWork’s co-wash, and anything by Camille Rose.
