I got the shirt and socks but not the hoodie. Does anyone know when we can expect to get the hoodie? I want to cancel because I’m not into transformers at all. If the shirt for next month was sonic I could hang on for that. I’m just worried if I cancel I won’t get my hoodie. Which is the main reason I signed up.

Also I ordered the largest size 3x because I was worried about it not fitting me. That was a mistake. It’s way to big for me although it seems more like a large than a 3x. The size chart is messed up. But better too large than too small. I’m going to try to alter it.

It said to validate the coupon code but when I hit it it was saying invalid code so I hope it worked and I emailed them. I better get the hoodie or I will be very upset 🙁

Be careful with ordering the hoodie. I got one the last time and they run super small. I ordered a 2xl and it was so small that it barely fit my daughter who usually wears a medium.

Yes. When I contacted customer support they replied:

Size charts for the month are posted every month to let you know what size of garment you are getting. (Though personally, I do agree that these hoodies were too small of a size run… I’m a big boy and I wanted one but I can’t fit into the 3XL myself.)

They did offer a refund if I mailed it back to them and they did send me a label with postage paid, but my daughter has a tiny friend as he wanted to give it to.
