I just got my box and there’s no pouch, nor is there any candy like they usually send. This is strange. Have others received a pouch?

I called them on another matter and they said the pouch wasn’t up to their standards so they chose not to ship it.

I am having trouble selecting items for my box on the Julep website. It seems that it keeps freezing up on me and NOTHING will work when it does that. I am the first to admit that I am not very technologically say so I was curious to see if anyone else was having problems as well?

After much thought and back and forth (I rarely buy nail polish, but you know, I see my nails all the time, and the colors are so purty) I bought the mystery glitter box. Can’t wait!

I’m a little confused about the Maven deal. If I subscribed to the regular Maven box: I would also get a free welcome box, AND the 8 piece box? And then I choose 3 more things, one of which would surely be those darling little eyeliner pencils (which, hopefully, are bigger than the one Sephora sent this month)?

That sounds like a pretty good deal for $25.

i dont think you get the free welcome box too? i think it’s just the 8 piece box… and i don’t know about the rest. i’m hoping someone will reply to my question from earlier. like if we subscribe and get the 8 piece box… are we charged for september right away then charged again on the 27th when it says mavens are billed? and i don’t know if three things means two more besides the eye liners i think that counts as most of it? not sure. some one help lol!

I ended up getting the mini eyeliners and 7 of the polishes. I have tons and tons of white polish, and only use it under others or as an accent, so I passed on that one.

I chose the box with the eyeliners, swapped out the sharpener for a polish, then added on 2 polishes to get that pretty red-toned trio of new polish shades. I also added the fall mystery trio of polishes to get a gift for having 3 add-ons.

Something is wrong with there site when I logg in it takes me to another screen saying OOPPS some is wrong. Just a heads up if this happens to another member.

Same thing happened to me. Put “Julep sign in” in your browser. That should work.

The pouch just isnt enough incentive to make m go for it this month. I love the mauve colors but I would rather just buy a few at half price later or maybe next month..plus I just got the Brights mystery box lol

For the first time, I’m getting the Whole Shebang. There may be some shades that don’t work super great with my skin tone but they look so dang beautiful, I’m happy to try them out. The only thing I wish, because I’m terribly selfish & never satisfied, is that buying the Whole Shebang upgrade counted as 3+ add-ons so I could get the mystery gift, too.

This will be my first box, and I am so psyched that I get to pick my products. I swapped out the suggested box for the night mask moisturizer and the lux hydrating moisturizer. $46 of skincare I’ll use every day for $25. Who else lets you pick your entire box???

I didn’t know about the pouch. I like Julep even better!
