Rifle Paper Co. Pocket Notebook - $10.00 (pack of two)

I have seen notebooks in various subscription boxes this month. This is the season for new starts, going back to school and summer break ending. This un-ruled tapestry notebook is the perfect size for my purse.

Goodie Girl Cookies-Toffee Chaos - $4.99

I was introduced to these cookies in the March PopSugar Must Have Box and I loved them, so was happy to see them in this box. They are delicious. These gluten free cookies are chewy and crunchy, with chocolate and toffee flavors. They also have crispy rice cereal that gives it that crunch.

LeafSeedBerry Three Tea Cleanser - $15.50

This gentle cleanser is creamy, lightweight and has antioxidant protection from green, white, and rooibos tea. “This cleanser is ideal for those with sensitive and easily irritated skin and for those who wear minimal makeup. Also wonderful for those who suffer from rosacea”.

Banded Headband - $14.98

This athletic headband is made with fabric that wicks away moisture and I can wear as a wide headband, or scrunch up for a narrowing looking headband. The company Banded, strives in giving back. Check out their story.

Love Your Body - $14.78 on Amazon (retail price $16.99)

I love how SinglesSwag sends their subscribers books each month. I have enjoyed reading various topics from dating to focusing on our inner self. The topics each month are thought provoking and bring about lively discussions. From Amazon:

As the oldest daughter of Joel Fuhrman, MD, bestselling author of Eat to Live and Super Immunity, Talia Fuhrman knows that the true meaning of health and wellness comes not only from delicious, nutrient rich foods, but also from the power of positive energy and zest for a truly fulfilling life. In Love Your Body, Talia Fuhrman shows readers how to get their green juice on, find their ideal weight, and get radiant, clear skin―and also how to gain confidence, enjoy strong friendships, and explore the passions that make them jump out of bed each morning with their widest smiles.

Motivated by her own struggles, and those of her friends―weight gain, skin troubles, stomach aches, frequent sickness, migraines―Talia knows that eating a plant-based diet packed with all-natural, nutrient-rich ingredients makes body issues a thing of the past. With a fresh, engaging voice, Talia inspires readers to nourish their mental and emotional health, too. She places a strong emphasis on inner beauty, and offers advice on how to maximize their social lives, and care about the world around them.

With nutrition tips, actionable advice, and delicious recipes, this mind-body manual offers a fun, simple roadmap to a vegan lifestyle, and proves that loving your body―inside and out―can be positively delicious!

Verdict: I have been enjoying the products from SinglesSwag and I’m pleased with their curations, and in my opinion the product selection has been creative, fun, and useful. The August box has a value of $72.49 based off the products’ website and Amazon. Check out their Instagram page to get more encouraging quotes.

This box looks great, however I don’t care for the inclusion of the Love Your Body book. Not all single women need or appreciate nutrition tips and recipes, especially considering a few months ago they sent out the book This Is Why You’re Single, I feel it gives the impression that they are saying that you need to improve yourself to be able to find love.
I do think that body positivity and health are very important for all women, but I think this would be more appropriate in a Fab Fit Fun box and not one marketed toward single women.

I’m not single but I would have loved to get all these items. I think my boyfriend would be upset if I got a box in the mail proclaiming I was single though ?
