There are a few ground rules for using SWAPS. First, you must be on a 3, 6, or 12 month membership plan in order to swap records. 3-month members get 1 swap every 3 months, 6-month members get 2 swaps every 6 months and 12-month members get 4 swaps every 12 months. They don’t roll over, so it’s a ‘use it or lose it’ type deal.
