This box comes with a fold out card detailing the items included.

AvenueAFall-019

adizero Boston- Value $120

AvenueAFall-021

This is my new favorite sneaker! It's SUPER lightweight, comfortable, and I love the black on black adidas signature stripes with the white accents on the sole.

AvenueAFall-022

AvenueAFall-020

The mesh pieces make this shoe breathable, and the comfort is amazing, too. A+ sneaker!

AvenueAFall-008

ZNE Hoodie - Value $100

This hoodie is an early access exclusive to Avenue A subscribers!

AvenueAFall-009

The knit material of this jacket is made from a heavier fabric (62% cotton / 32% polyester / 6% elastane doubleknit), so it provides a good amount of warmth and is perfect for the cooler weather approaching!

AvenueAFall-010

It has big front pockets that close with zippers in the front:

AvenueAFall-012

And it has thumbholes on the cuffs and mesh lining on the inside of the pockets:

AvenueAFall-011

It has an oversized double-lined hood, too. Here is a look from the back:

AvenueAFall-024

I love the material of this jacket. It's really comfortable, and something I know I'll reach for constantly. Between this and the sneakers, my husband is ridiculously envious of this box, too!

AvenueAFall-014

Performer Tank - Value $25

This racerback tank has a high neckline and oversized armholes - this is the type of tank you wear when you want your sports bra to be seen! (Fortunately, adidas also included a cute sports bra in this box - so it works!)

AvenueAFall-013

I think this is a great staple piece, and it helps to balance out the outfit with the bolder designed bra and capris.

AvenueAFall-015

This is a super lightweight fabric too, so it would be good for layering as well.

AvenueAFall-016

GT Supernova Bra - Value $45

(Right now this print is exclusive to Avenue A subscribers!)

AvenueAFall-017

This cross-over back is really comfortable - and even the mesh straps were easy to wear!

The inside is completely lined with (non-removable) cups as well:

AvenueAFall-018

As far as support goes for sports bras, this is on the high-end and works for running.

And it matches the running tight:

AvenueAFall-002

Supernova Three-Quarters Tight - Value $65

AvenueAFall-003

This fabric is very lightweight, breathable, and made with their climalite fabric so it wicks away sweat.

The lower back of the pant has a mesh detail for extra breathability, too:

AvenueAFall-004

The pants have an adjustable drawstring waistband:

AvenueAFall-005

And a hidden zipper pocket, too:

AvenueAFall-006

Here is a better look at the cut outs on the back of the capris:

AvenueAFall-023

This is my kind of cut-out on an athletic pant. It's a cute accent without being too constricting!

Here is the whole look together:

AvenueAFall-025

(I think I need a little more self tanner to pull off this capri look, but I had to get you a full outfit pic!)

Verdict: I'm such a fan of this subscription! The value is amazing again ($355) and I love that we're getting prints and pieces that aren't available in stores, yet. This box is great for me since it mixes a classic (the sneakers) with some pieces that I might not have bought myself, but really enjoy.

I did not receive the fall box, been waiting for it to arrive in the mail never showed up and do I not see a tracking number. When I click on subscribe it states I’m already subscribed to the box. It does not have the Fall box as my next box it has the Winter box, but I still have not received the Fall box as of yet. Is anyone else having these same problems I’m having trouble updating my method of payment because PayPal is no longer listed as a payment option.

I’m so upset, I really was looking forward to the Fall box I fell in love with all the items and unfortunately I did not, and probably will not be able to receive it.

I’m hoping that they can fix this problem.

Well, I’ve tried the email address three times, the only phone number I could find and even the main Adidas number. No response, no box, no billing. I’m mystified as to why this is happening. So if anyone from Adidas A is still watching these messages, Carrie Plummer would love to hear from you.

Gawd, I am so sorry to keep posting here. But since Avenue A basically has no public presence on Adidas (even the people who man the customer service lines don’t know anything about it), I feel like this is the best place for feedback. So, people from the future looking for info about Avenue A, here’s my message: DON’T GET TOO EXCITED.

Just got a canned message saying if I never got billed, then “for whatever reason we were not able to get your payment.” Basically, no box for you. And now it’s sold out, sorry not sorry!

This despite the fact that a) my last box billed just fine and the payment info hasn’t changed, b) no one ever contacted me with a billing issue and c) I’ve been trying for three weeks to get ahold of them. And I even posted on all these spoiler posts and reviews talking about how perfect this box was for me. WHY do you hurt the ones who love you, Adidas Avenue A?

So, basically, I have to cancel out of principle and go buy some Under Armour or Lulu, yes? Please advise. I kid to hide my first-world pain over not getting a subscription box I had looked forward too. 🙂

I received my box right on time and submitted an exchange form one day afterwards. And immediately got a confirmation email and my items a few days later. They forgot to send my sports bra exchange so I sent them an email and they replied within 24 hours apologizing and saying they would send it right away. In my experience they’ve been very responsive and fast!

I wanted to follow up, since I not only got a response, but I also got a replacement item already! I emailed Adidas at the email address provided above, [email protected]. I emailed last Friday morning, and still hadn’t heard a peep by Monday afternoon, so I posted here (see my comment above) using my full name. Within 24 hours my email was answered, I was told my replacement item was on the way. I received my replacement bra *yesterday*, so that was lightning fast! I hope everyone else gets resolution to their issues just as fast!

I was so disappointed, this is my second box & I got an email saying they didn’t ship me the sneakers. But then I got an email with a digital gift card so I can try a different pair, yay! Still haven’t received the rest of the box though.

Reply ButtonReply

CarrieP

Is it just me or is Adidas ignoring anyone else? No fall box, no shipping notification, no billing notification (and I checked, my payment info is all good). Two emails and a call, and radio silence. The customer service has been so good up until now, but now it’s a total reversal. Is anyone else still waiting?

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda81778

I got an email saying they didn’t ship my shoes 🙁 . I then got another email with a digital gift card attached so I’m sure I can find shoes I like

I really wish we could exchange items at the store- I would love the hoodie in a darker color. I wear them casually as well, especially for work since my office is always freezing. I wouldn’t wear it to workout either. It did fit weird, but as many others mentioned it’s probably from the dropped arm holes. it’s larger in that area.

I had an issue with the tank top not fitting over my head, everything fit okay. But I was hoping for long leggins, I live in Chicago, and falls can be too chilly to be out in cropped leggings. I know it’s gotta be hard to find a middle ground for everyone…. please consider being able to exchange items at the store!

Reply ButtonReply

Denise

Has anyone had success doing an exchange online? It asks for your order number online and it states that the order number should be either seven or eleven characters long, however my order number is TWENTY characters long so it won’t take it. I’ve tried multiple variations of this order number and it won’t take that either. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve sent two emails to the customer service address and have gotten no reply. Frustrating!

Reply ButtonReply

M

Did you ever hear from them or figure this out? I’ve been plugging in the middle section of my order number, which is 11 characters long, but it keeps telling me that it isn’t an order number! If I can’t get it in touch with them, I guess I’m going to have to learn to use the swap site?

Reply ButtonReply

Denise

Yes! Finally today I had my husband look at it and he got the order number to work (they never replied to any of my emails). So use the order number on the shipping email, not the order number on the order confirmation email (which for me had some additional characters in it). Use the entire order number on that shipment tracking email. For me it was 18 characters long and it took that entire number even though the exchange form states that it will only be 7 or 11. I tried using that entire 18 character order number before and it didn’t take it as I think I confused zeros for “O” and vice versa for certain characters (gmail wasn’t letting me cut and paste). You can also go to the FedEx tracking page (go to the tracking your package page via your shipment email) and use the entire number under “purchase order number” in the shipment facts section at the bottom. We copy pasted that entire number (same 18 characters mentioned above) and it worked. I hope this helps!!

Laurabeth

My return went through seamlessly- make sure you use the info from the original tracking email they sent you. It took them about 3 business days to get back to me but according to that my new sizes are in the mail!

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

I was able to put the full number from the tracking email. It did take them from Friday to yesterday or today but I finally got my exchange info. Be patient they are worth it!

I just got my first box yesterday and absolutely LOVE it! I received multiple compliments at school drop off so made it to the gym feeling pretty amazing!!
I was a little worried about sizing because I tend to be on the upper edge of the size i ordered, but everything fit perfectly. I was also worried about the razorback tank. Tanks are really not my groove, and I am uncomfortable when too much is showing (if you know what I mean!). My worries were unfounded. The tank/bra combo is very modest.
The shoes are so light weight and airy. I was able to remove the insole and replace it with orthodics and they still fit very comfortably (huge bonus points here!!).
All in all, I am sold! Can’t wait for the next box!

Leah

Wow,
This box was such a disappointment. I don’t like any of the clothes and the fit was off in the bra and jacket. Yes, I can exchange the sizes, but that isn’t going to fix the problem with the jacket or the fact that it is white!?! Why would anyone want a snow white jacket to go running in? Am I the only person who expects to get dirty during a workout? One more bad box and I will be forced to quit–which is too bad because I think this is a fantastic idea.

I just got my box and I am loving it. Everything fits great. The hoodie is a little large but I like a baggy hoodie. The shoes are the best. Avenue A I hope you keep up the great value!

Reply ButtonReply

M

Got my box today. I’m really happy w/ the shoes and hoodie, but don’t really care for the rest of the box (big boobs reeeally don’t mix w/ that tank or the bra). As someone who usually buys workout clothes on sale, rather than retail price, I’m not sure I got the value out of this box. I’ll wait for another winter spoiler, but right now I’m up in the air about keeping the subscription.

Did anyone else get charged 22% in taxes? Seems pretty steep since the sales tax rate in my state is 9% .

Has anyone tried to contact Ave A?

I have tried to contact them and NEVER get an answer back. It’s beyond frustrating.

Reply ButtonReply

No response, and no box. Started to get frustrated.

Tricia

Ave A seems to have a “customer service” issue.

I have attempted to contact them on a simple “when is the mailing label generated question?” Nothing,…..

The sound of the crickets is getting louder. Not sure if I want to keep this sub or not.

The need to change my address on a periodic basis is a must for me. I notified them they had an issue updating of their database when changing the shipping address. No acknowledgment.

Tried to contact via the main Adidas website,….nothing. Not even an auto response, just an incident number (saved the .pdf.)

It is really perplexing to me to have a company not respond at all!

Melinda Henne

No response for me either.

Same here…crickets.

My box finally arrived. I’m having a crappy day and this certainly cheered me Up!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the shoes. The Capris are wonderful I guess I’m not tall enough to have issues with them. Bra see, some loose but I can’t decide if it needs exchanged. Does anyone have experience exchanging with the fall items? Is it the same as it was with the summer box? I’d hate to send back and then get a size too small.

The tank is weird but I paired it with a different brand and it looked way better. The hoodie… God I love it! I wonder if it may also be too big but again I would hate to try and exchange and get one too small. Anyone tried to exchange theirs yet?

Reply ButtonReply

Can anyone chime on the response time contacting the Ave A team?

I have e-mail them a few times and have heard back nothing. Tried calling and was told to e-mail them.

Really frustrating!

Just got mine yesterday, but the sizing all seemed strange to me! Anyone else have this happen? I order “S” across the board for most athletic apparel. None of the “S” clothes fit — either too big or too small. Read on if you’d like.

JACKET (Sm): The jacket was too big, so going to exchange for an XS. I think that has more to do with the cut of this style and dropped arm holes, and also the material – with it being a bit stiff and heavy, the drape is very boxy as it doesn’t lay close to the body. The neck is too long and sort of gathers under my neck like it’s slowly strangling me. I love the jacket in concept, but the execution is a bit off for me. I wish there was a “petites” size for this so the neck might fit me better.

LEGGINGS (Sm): The leggings were also a bit large in the waist area but seemed fine in the thigh, so might also exchange that for an XS just so I don’t have as much bagginess in the crotch.

SPORTS BRA (Sm): Is it just me who had a terrible time trying to get this on? I saw and removed the plastic hanger clip on the back, so that’s not the problem. There was so little give throughout the bands that I could barely wriggle it over my head. Once it was on, the band and straps felt crazy uncomfortable tight, and stiff and constricting, like it would start to chafe over distances. I’m hardly “large” up top: I wear a 34B cup. The cups fit fine, but the band and armholes felt — again — like they were strangling me. I’m debating whether to size up to a medium — my worry is that the cups will be too big, even though the rest might fit better. Is anyone else having similar problems?

SHOES (8): I love them. LOVE. These are my new “running around town” errands kicks. I wore them to work today and they’re very smart and sharp. I never would’ve bought these myself at the store (I tend to go for loud, brightly-colored exercise shoes). But they’re such a great staple addition to my athleisure wardrobe. Being in SoCal, joggers and yoga pants and loose tees are like half of my wardrobe on weekends! 🙂

TANK (Sm): The fit on this is a bit snug? I was expecting the arm holes to be baggier on the sides, but the tank fit pretty close to my body. I think it’s fine for how I’m intending to use it as a layering piece for the beach or outdoor exercise, but am worried that if I wash it once, it’ll shrink and be less flattering. Because of that, I’m also considering sizing this up to a “M”.

I’m just surprised that of all the apparel items, NONE of them fit as expected. I’m not difficult to fit — straight up and down, basically.

Still love the box, and fingers crossed that the exchange is easy and painless.

Lexie

We must be the exact same person because I have the same issues/concerns with all items. Overall I still really like this box and will stay subscribed. Really appreciative that there’s the option to exchange for different sizes.

Jacket (XS) is definitely made for someone much much taller than 5’0. There’s easily 4 extra inches on the sleeves for me. I’m willing to forgive it though since it’s a jacket and can easily be layered over several shirts or sweaters during the very cold months. I was just hoping for something more fitted and feminine.

Bra (XS) I’m very petite and usually wear 32B or 34A and this bra was IMPOSSIBLE to get on. Maybe I have unusually broad shoulders for an XS frame? I didn’t want to force it because when I tried, I could hear stitches coming apart. Not good.

Pants (XS) Very long on me, but I was already expecting that so I’m ok since they’re still functional. But yes, they were surprisingly baggy despite being an XS.

I ordered smalls across the board with everything too and didn’t seem to find any glaring sizing issues. I do wear a lot of adidas clothing though, so I had an idea how their items fit.

The only weird thing I found was the tank neck hole was pretty small and it got stuck on my head (and I don’t have a large head by any means) and it took some wiggling to get through. I think It’ll stretch out a bit once I wear it some more though. I don’t think I’ll put in the dryer though since it is cotton and not a typical athletic fabric.

I’m with you on the shoes though! The brighter the better for me when I personally pick them out – but these are comfy, lightweight, and can be worn with a lot. I’m excited to test them out for a run.

I guess we all have different shapes and fit preferences though, I loved that the jacket fit a little larger and I don’t mind how the tank fit overall. If you live close to an adidas outlet, I know they carry those sports bras so it may be worth a trip to go try them on for sizing. They seem to be a popular staple in the boxes (Spring box had one in a different color).

Susan

Same here. I am a size small but buy mediums for my workout clothes. The jacket and pants were huge on me. Especially the jacket. I can make the pants work but the jacket fit my 210lbs boyfriend comfortably. Their bras rarely fit me so I wasn’t surprised. The shirt was fine. The shoes were great.

I will see if I can exchange the jacket. I will make everything else work.

Reply ButtonReply

Janet

I also found the sizing odd. I ordered a small for the jacket and it was snug in the waistband (I’m short so it hits at mid-low hip level) but huge everywhere else. The tights were a bit loose but the draw-string makes it work. The sports bra fits very strange – too long in the straps – I guess that’s because it’s a fabric without much give. I don’t know if I want to risk exchanging it (I worry I won’t be able to get a smaller one on – part of why I go with a medium rather than a small is so putting it on is less of a struggle). I’m a 34C so if you exchange up in yours it might work for you – it certainly wasn’t too tight!

I received my box today and I love all except for the tank. I sized up because I am large chested and the one from the summer box was a bit tight in the chest, but the neckline for this tank is not one I like at all. Is it possible to have high neck phobia? When I tried it on I felt like I kept trying to pull it down lower but it wouldn’t go low enough, made me feel claustrophobic.
Since it is the only thing I don’t love, I am still extremely happy about the box. My favorite item is the shoes they are so cute and really comfortable for the first couple hours wearing. Have not run in them yet, but for doing errands they are great.
I did mess up on sizing this time tho, I sized up on the hoodie (since I did it for the tank) which is too big and the pants are big so I sent a request to exchange.

I definitely wish they had a box for men also so that my husband wasn’t feeling left out. He actually went into my closet to count how many pairs of athletic shoes I had in there. Don’t think he would do that if he was getting this box also.

Got my box today. Love everything except the tank! Definitely not made with larger chested women in mind. It fits okay but whoa! Good thing I had the bra on or else you’d be seeing a lot more than just some side boob!

I just got my box. I love everything in it. Even at clearance prices the items would still come out to about $150. I love that they added the ZNE Hoodie that just came out. Only concern I have is the sports Bra. I usually buy a large. The measurements say I should of chosen large. But the straps and sides are loose. Not good for running or plyo. I don’t know if I should exchange it for a medium or keep it and only wear it to lift or hope it shrinks in the wash smh. If i could cut 1.5″ off the straps or if the bra had a drawstring in the back that I could pull like the tights do, it’d be perfect.

Reply ButtonReply

Janet

I had the same problem! I normally always get a medium in sports bras but the straps in this one are just too long. I’m afraid that if I exchange for a smaller size it will be too small in the band (the band is about right although if it stretches it will be too large).
