Not sure anyone is still checking comments, but just in case…I also had a situation with not receiving a box and ignored emails. Sadly, it took my stating I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a Better Business Bureau complaint and they answered me within a couple of hours (after weeks of ignoring me).

Worst company I have ever dealt with as a subscription box service provider! I have paid for a 6 month subscription, received one box and now nothing after 6 months and no response to multiple e-mails!
SO not happy!

Anyone else have trouble getting customer service to respond?

Still waiting on my October box and have emailed them multiple times over weeks but no response yet
