I tried the Qbox trial, it let me select the products, charged me, and sent a confirmation email. 3 days later I’m notified “the website messed up the trial offer” and was shipped 3 items (none of which I picked out). I called customer service and they tried to sell me on the value of accepting the 3 products I never ordered, but was charged for, even though my confirmation email shows differently.

I asked for a refund because what I paid for and ordered was NOT what was delivered. They said I would have to check with a supervisor. Hmm, buggy site, accept our mistakes we know the site is making, we keep the money, and Squix determines the merit of their mistake.

I’ll have to check my credit card statement to see if they keep to their word of seeing if a supervisor can refund the mistakes they know their website/order system is making for first time subscriber Qbox trials. What a hassle.

I asked about the “media mail” too and they were like “we are completely legit with all mailings”, umm, no, flammable hand sanitizer does not qualify as book/printed material for USPS media mail.

Ugh! The kids distracted mommy and I forgot the code and paid 4.95 shipping but the page said 0.00 shipping then changed after I clicked checkout. I believe I’ll be canceling after only because I can’t stand buggy sites. Oh well 4.95 still should be would it right? ?

Sounds like a good deal, however I still had to pay $2.95 for shipping. Used the code too.

Make sure you are entering the msafree code properly.
I had the same issue until I realized I was doing it wrong! :-/
The promo should give you a $5 credit which knocks off the shipping charge!
Hope it works for you!

I clicked on the checkmark next to media mail and the shipping was subtracted….I never could get the transaction to go through though. I tried a dozen times and then gave up. The website was buggy.

Media Mail can only be used for books and certain specific other media. There can be no advertising (so no magazines) or any other papers or products in the package. I can’t imagine why that would be a choice.

are you able to cancel the subscription straight after ordering so that you don’t pay $15 for another box?
