I signed up for this subscription in early September after reading all of the reviews on this site. I picked the pizza box as my first box. I received an email that it had shipped. 2 weeks later and I haven’t received it. Tracking shows no movement. I’ve emailed Hamptons Lane twice for help and no one has responded. Is their service/customer service usually this bad? I can’t find a phone number to contact them. I may have to contact my cc company. What a disappointment, because the sub sounds right up my alley and the boxes look great.

Finally!
I have skipped the last two boxes because the value just wasn’t there for me. We have been wanting a mortar and pestle for a long time. Looking forward to playing with this box.
