Pura Vida Costa Rican Terrazu Coffee - Value $4.80
This coffee is outstanding! It's also included every month! I prefer coffees from Central America, and this particular coffee is a great reminder of why. It's bold but not too bold, and there's very low acidity. Just rich coffee flavor!
Pure Organic Chocolate Brownie Bar - Value $2.19
This brownie bar was super decadent and delicious! It was a little high in carbs for those who are interested, and I didn't like that dates and agave nectar were the first two ingredients, but wow, so tasty!
Unearth Malee Organic Vegan Lotion Bar - Value $7
I have been receiving a lot of solid lotions in subscription boxes lately for some reason! Fortunately I like them, and this one smells amazing. It absorbs fairly quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft.
Wild Rose Herbs Purifying Facial Mask- Value $24.95
I tried this mask last night, and so far, so good. I have sensitive skin, so sometimes masks give me problems, but this mask is especially designed for the blemish-prone. I don't know how much "purifying" happened, but it definitely left my skin soft and smooth.
Wild Botanicals Sweet Orange Soap - Value $8
This soap smells great and lathers well. Plus the paper has wildflower seeds embedded in it! This is going straight into the curb garden!
Wild Botanicals Pineapple and Lychee Lip Balm - Value $4
This lip balm smells so good and so different! It also feels nice and moisturizing.
Amazing Grass Green Superfood Chocolate - Value about $1.50
This is an instant drink mix that's chock full of superfoods! It tastes very healthy!
Verdict: This month's Pura Vida Box was an improvement over the previous two months. The value comes to abut $52, which is a little better than the cost of the box, but much better than the value of previous boxes. I still wish more of the items were actually related to Costa Rica, as this box is supposed to be about Costa Rica. Still, I did receive all items that I have or will use, and they are nice items, so I'm happy. I think Pura Vida Box is still working out some startup kinks.
