Target Beauty Box October 2016 Spoilers!

I’ve missed out on the last 3-4 beauty boxes… I’m glad I found this group so that I can stay up to date lol

My box was delivered yesterday. Really thrilled that I took the plunge on this box.

The sizes are fairly large:

Eden Body Works shampoo & conditioner both 2 ozs
Jergen’s wet skin 2 ozs.
Derma-E day cream 1/2 oz
Chapstick in coral blush – full size
Laneige BB cushion – 3 mini cushions in light, medium, medium/dark
Wet n Wild graphic marker eyeliner 0.08 oz

I bought it. It was only $7. I also got an email from Target that it was available. Seems like some months they do that and some they don’t.

Ladies, it’s available now. I put it in my cart. Does anyone have an extra coupon code by any chance? I missed last month’s box. Thanks.

Somethimg has changed…but no option to buy? Any clues?

Did I miss the chance to order this box?!

Not really tempted (well, maybe a teeny bit). I do not care for the Derma-e brand, I have a huge backstock of black eyeliners, and I’ve already tried the Laneige cushion foundation. I always love a chapstick and curious about the lotion, but going to skip this time.

At LEAST there’s a black eyeliner. I don’t think it qualifies as a subscription box unless there’s a black eyeliner.

all I can say is everytime when I have to travel, I always take the stuff from this box with me, it’s so basic, I use most everything in the box…I loved when they sent the full size shampoo -dessange, really good shampoo, I a mstill using the stuff I get in the boxes. I have boxes of other crap, high end, cough cough, I never use

on the other hand I have so many travel sizes…

I’m surprised to see so many people upset with this box. For $5, $7, or even $10, this looks like a really great deal on a variety of useful products.

I guess I would understand the frustration if this was a regular subscription that you were locked into each month, but since it’s just an a la carte box, it’s so easy to grab it if you want it and simply pass if you don’t.

If you don’t like it, I hope you do pass, only because I’m excited for it, and I’ve never been able to grab a Target box in time before they sell out! 🙂

I will likely spring for it — I want to try the eyeliner and that chapstick is probably my favorite chapstick ever. I noticed there’s another coconut scented product, which makes the third month in a row for coconut from Target. (They need to lay off the coconutnext month!)

I used to love getting target boxes when I discovered it last year. Lately their boxes are getting really boring. For target to have so many great brands, they sure do have a lot of repeats. Don’t need another black liner, the derma brand comes in every box, too many shampoo and conditioner travel sizes. I’m soooooo gladly passing

I’m really looking forward to trying the Eden Bodyworks shampoo & conditioner, as I’ve loved everything I’ve received in boxes from that brand so far. Despite an earlier comment I made about how an in-shower moisturizer didn’t work as expected for me, I’m still excited to try the Jergens, as I think it’s different than the one I already tried. I love Derma E, so happy to get that as well! I just purchased a large pack of those chapsticks from Costco, but I’m always happy to get more!!!! The only items I’ll be gifting is the cushion & eye liner, since I don’t use either.

Even though the boxes typically don’t go on sale until the 1st Monday of the month, I’d recommend start checking tomorrow, since spoilers typically go out a couple of days before the release of the box. 🙂

Easy pass for me. This will be the 1st time not getting a target box

Only tempting item is the Laniege BB Cushion but I’m sure that will be small and a risky color match.

The Chapstick everyone is mentioning came in the August Allure Beauty Thrills box so I can dig that out of my stash to try and everything else is meh

Just because Wet n’ Wild is an “older” brand doesn’t make it a bad thing. They actually make really good products for really low prices. YouTube gurus like Tati swear by some of their products.

I’m leaning towards passing on this one.

I have some Derma-e in my stash, along with that Chapstick, and I don’t need anymore mascara or eye liner of any brand. I’m assuming the Jergens will be a foil pack as a most of the Nivea shower moisturizers were. I love tea tree shampoos & conditioners so if I do break down and buy it will be for those two items.

Still, if I wasn’t already stocked, if it goes for $7, I think it’s still a pretty good value. I still love the Target boxes, I’m just entering the sad world of product overload!

I think this box is great. The chapstick. Is $4.99 and the eyeliner is $3.99. I know there are also smaller travel size items worth less,but Target always gives you value for money. I sometimes forget that these boxes are for us to try new products (shampoos,conditioners,moisturisers,etc.)that they hope we will go out and buy.

This box has gotten super boring…I haven’t gotten one in months because everything is so blah… they need to mix it up more and include more brands.

Sigh, nothing too exciting for me this time around. I’ve wanted to try the Chapstick, but may as well pick it up in store and use my coupon from the last box. Not a fan of the Jergens and I’m well stocked in shampoo, face cream and moisturizer. BUT, I’ll keep an eye out for when it goes on sale to see the actual sizes of the products and the price. For $5 it’s worth getting for the $3 off coupon that accompanies it; but I don’t think I’d pay more than that.

I wonder if they will stick to the previous pattern and release on Monday or if they’ll open it over the weekend?

Ugh I have so much of this Derma E even my girls won’t take it off my hands anymore. I get it in so many boxes.

can someone tell me if this is still available for Canada? every time I try to order it when it goes up for sale it always says not available or sold out even though I get to it as soon as its posted?

These last couple Target boxes sure have been a let down. This one seems the worst yet. I might grab one if its $5, just because it IS a addiction. If it’s one of their $7 or $10 boxes, it’ll be an easy pass. With the holiday’s coming, I hope they step it back up. It’s times like this that I’m glad it isn’t a recurring sub. lol

Yay! I skipped September, but I’m back in for this one. That Chapstick is wonderful; it’s been my go-to lip product the last few weeks. I love the idea of a tingly peppermint shampoo and I already use the Jergens and happy to have more.

Passed on the last few and passing on this one too. Nothing new or exciting.

Still bummed I didn’t get September’s. It sold out quickly, even with a limit of one, when August’s was offered well into the month. Not in love with this one, but it’s a compulsion.
