Did anyone just not get some of their free samples? I was suppose to get 5. I only got 3 & 1 wasn’t even something I ordered! Very disappointed in this! I never had problems with them before. I understand it’s free, but that was part of the reason I ordered it because of all the extras since I have to pay shipping.

I was supposed to get 5 and only got 4. My confirmation email showed all 5 items but they only shipped the 4 and now have not responded to my email. Not very good customer service.

I finally got a response from them yesterday that they had ran out of the sample I wanted & would send me two additional ones soon. But im guessing soon with them will be another week from now before it gets sent.

I received my order today. I purchased it on October 28 and received a shipping confirmation on November 2. The only thing i wasn’t happy about was that hey must have run out of the h2o moisturizer and sent another Marsk eyeshadow. I already have 4 of them all in the same color. They should have contacted me and let me pick another sample. I would have gotten another chapstick. But i can’t really complain because i got a hemp lip balm for $1.50 and then picked a free full size chapstick, 3 of the $10 blending brushes and a $24 Marsk eyeshadow all for $6.50!

I got 4 of the blending brushes, I was supposed to get 4 surprise items, not 4 of the same exact thing! I was thinking of getting this sub, but after the box I got, I will not get this sub. 🙁
I didn’t like anything in the box.

Update**
I placed my order on 10/28 and STILL have received no shipping info. I’ve emailed CS twice and it took days for them to respond. I finally got a response yesterday morning saying that my package was scheduled to ship out yesterday but guess what?! No shipment!
It has been TWELVE days, y’all! Not 3-5, like they claim. TWELVE. And that’s assuming it ships today.
Considering how difficult it has been to contact them and get a response, I’m officially putting BB5 on my Never Again List.
So frustrating.

I haven’t received any reply from them either and I emailed them twice. I am glad some folks have received their products so there is still hope however a reply from them would be nice even if it’s to say the shipment is delayed.

I also ordered back on 10/28 and contacted them last week to check on status. They replied almost 2 days later saying that they had been overwhelmed with recent orders and that instead of the normal 3-5 days to ship it was going to be longer, like the following week (as in this week). Today I just received my shipping notice, so hopefully others are getting their notices today also! I was a little bummed to see that I was getting 3 of the same brush for my “mystery item”. I thought they would give something different…ah well, hopefully I really like the brushes!

I’m surprised you have been having issues with them. I got my confirmation email on November 2 and received my order today. They usually have great CS. I’m sorry you have had such a bad experience.

This is the response I got. I placed my order on the 28th. It’s like the just copied and pasted the confirmation email. But the email is titled Request received :re beauty box five purchase which is the email I sent asking g what was going on

FYI, I emailed BB5 about the spooky surprise and they emailed me back saying the spooky surprises 1 and 2 are both brushes. I ordered two of each so they will send me two different samples instead of getting duplicate brushes.

I just ordered two of the $8 boxes and picked my 5 free gifts. Picked the brush, chapstick, 2 nail polishes and the h2o moisturizer (said out if stock but will send another sample). I can’t wait to get my box. One will be a gift.

I got 2 of the 5$ boxes and 1 of the 8$ boxes, 2 surprises, 1 of ea balm and the moisturizer. Figure the 2 5$ boxes as gifts adding a surprise ea and 1 balm each and keeping the 8$ with the moisturizer. Not bad for 23$ shipped!!

When I go to choose my 5 free samples, it list a “full size spooky surprise: blending brush” is this the same option you chose?
Or was there a different spooky surprise option that is no longer available? I don’t need several blending brushes so I’m thinking of choosing 1 or 2 brushes and other items

Do the sample selection come up automatically after adding to cart ? I added the $5 box to my cart but no sample choices come up 🙁

If you don’t want to buy any of the boxes you can buy one of the sale items and still get the five free samples. I bought an item for $1.50 and the added the chapstick, mosturizer and 3 spooky surprise items and my total was $6.50 with the $5.00 shipping charge. I didn’t want to get the mystery box because I think it still might be the same as the first one I bought and I already got all the other boxes.

No I think its something different but it might be all the same item. I got 3 of the $10 value spooky surprises. I hope they will be different but if not I can gift them.
