christmas-crate-september-2016-eggnog

Aspen Mulling Eggnog Mix  - Value $6.99

What a clever inclusion in a Christmas box! This mix can be simply mixed with milk (or milk substitute) for virgin eggnog. A jigger of rum, brandy or whiskey can be added to make it an adult beverage.

christmas-crate-september-2016-sign

Glittered Wooden Christmas Sign - Value $3.00?

This sparkly wooden sign sure gets me in the Christmas spirit. It has a twisted wire making it easy to hang. I’m looking forward to adding this to my décor in December. While I couldn’t find this exact glittered box sign on the Primitives by Kathy website, similar signs sell for approximately $3.00.

christmas-crate-september-2016-scrub

Christmas Bliss Body Scrub - Value $9.50?

A pine smelling all-natural sugar scrub is just what the doctor ordered for my dry skin during the holiday season. This Christmas Bliss scent smells just like a freshly chopped pine tree and contains sugar, coconut oil, vitamin E oil and other essential oils. I’m basing my price off similar scrubs sold by Blissfulicious as this jar appears to be 4 oz.

christmas-crate-september-2016-napkins

Naughty + Nice Napkins by Fine Impressions - Value $2.00?

I can’t wait to put these napkins out at my Christmas Eve family party. I wonder who will grab a naughty and who will grab a nice? These napkins were custom printed for My Christmas Crate using gold foil lettering.

christmas-crate-september-2016-tote

I Still Believe Cotton Tote - Value $15.95

Another My Christmas Crate exclusive! Just like the mug in the August My Christmas Crate, there is another exclusive item which also available for purchase separately on the My Christmas Crate website. This cotton tote will be great for shopping craft fairs during the holiday season. It’s 15.5 inches tall and the straps are a perfect length to fit over your shoulder.

Verdict: Now that the weather has gotten chilly, I am enjoying my My Christmas Crate even more. I know a lot of people who can never get enough of Christmas-related items and I can see this box is a great idea. This month’s value was about $37 and had a nice mix of food, décor, lifestyle and beauty items. My favorite items this month were the scrub, tote, and sign!

What do you think of this month’s My Christmas Crate? Do you love all things Christmas too?

I am curious whether you tried the eggnog mix or the body scrub? They are described but not reviewed? I have seen the mix in stores but never tried it. The scrub sounds great but wondering if it did the job…

Yay! Glad about the scrub, will wait for the eggnog review, it will probably show up in various Subs this year? I never thought but I guess you COULD mix it with cashew or coconut milk, etc. for a lower fat version? I love eggnog but am afraid it would have a that dry mix flavor so haven’t tried myself yet!

Just remembered you’re not supposed to include links – oops!

I did find these on Amazon for about $16 (20 of each napkin), in case anyone else wishes they’d received some. (:
