If I didn’t already own these tools I’d get this box. I use my microplaner 2-3 times per week for Parmesan cheese, citrus zest, garlic and nutmeg It’s one of those tools you say where hav you been all my life. 🙂
I also use a similar product from Prepara called the cooking laurel. It is great for roasting chickens and the shape and designs fold to fit any pan. It is a really creative design and gets quite a lot of use in my kitchen.
I probably wouldn’t use the duck fat or chutney though.
At least the value is there this month.
