Ok - stick with me as I explain this. NatureBox has updated their subscription model. NatureBox is now a members-only snack buying service - the membership cost is $5 a month. That $5 will be credited towards your first snack purchase every month. You can cancel your membership at any time. You may buy as many snacks as you like each month - the $5 is simply for access to purchase the snacks. If you do not use the $5 in during the month, it will roll over to the new month.
We're still on a recurring subscription plan which is continuing at the moment, or so it seems - which also grants us a free membership to the new Club - so we can buy additional snacks. NatureBox is no longer open to new subscriptions, though, only to the new NatureBox Club membership.
It's kind of like the StitchFix modeling fee membership model, but for snacks.
Got it? OK! Let's go!

Whole Wheat Strawberry Figgy Bars
Figgy Bars have been a frequent addition to our NetureBox boxes. They're individually wrapped bars that are essentially whole wheat Fig Newtons. This month, our filling was Strawberry. These tend to be a bit dry, but are tasty and good in a pinch each morning.
Sriracha Roasted Cashews
These were my favorite savory snack of the month. They've got a little bit of kick to them, but the Sriracha is not over the top. These are my current go-to for something savory until they're gone!
Crispy Snickerdoodles
YUM! I don't think I've had these before, and wow, are they tasty! Easily my favorite item this month, these little crispy snickerdoodles are bite-size and wonderful.
Blueberry Almond Quinoa Bites
These were a surprise hit for me this month. I'm not a big quinoa fan, but these clusters were nice, light, and crunchy - with lots of blueberry flavor!
Sour Cream and Onion Straws
Our last snack were these fry chips. Do Andy Capp fries still exist? Because these are exactly like those! The flavor was great as well - these were gone within an hour or two of it being photographed.
Verdict: I'm definitely going to miss the NatureBox subscription box - I liked getting mystery snacks each month! But, with the new model - you can still get 5 snacks for around $20-25 (and free shipping if you hit $25), so it's still a nice service if you like NatureBox snacks.
