I had emailed them a few days ago about this. Response was that I would get two wi tear boxes if I bought the Black Friday deal.

Glad to know someone there is responding to inquiries – I have reached out to them four separate times over the past two weeks and have yet to receive any response. :-/

Too bad they don’t do the upgrade like Popsugar does. They already charged my card for the winter box and I am a seasonal subscriber since the first box. If I do the annual now, I will get 2 winter boxes for sure. Sigh.

I asked customer service this exact question bc I wanted the deal but no two winter boxes (I’m seasonal and was already charged). They said sorry, but all deals are for new customers only. It’s pretty lame, TBH. PSMH did wonders with the upgrade feature. Maybe shouldn’t have allowed it multiple times now a row, but that’s a game changer on a box I was ready to give up on.

I asked customer service the same question when the deal was first offered. I STILL have not recieved a response. I will be canceling after i recieve the winter box. Took my BOS black friday money and used it on 3 other boxes (Emma and Chloe, Happy Rebel and Barkbox). Now I will get boxes every month instead of once a season!
