revive-depot-november-2016-promo

This month I received this coupon for 15% off my next purchase!

revive-depot-november-2016-invoice

This is the invoice that was included in my package this month, listing the items we chose. We selected a variety of clothing for everyone in the family this month!

Laura Scott Woman's Top - Individual Item Cost $8.99

I love my new red shirt! This fits great and I really like the color. Unfortunately, of the four items I ordered for myself, this one was the only one that fit well...

Danskin Now Pants - Individual Item Cost $7.99

These pants were NEW WITH TAGS. I was pretty bummed that they didn't fit! They have roll-tab cuffs, and they zip to convert to shorts. Yes, that's right, they are pants, shorts, and capris all in one, haha!

revive-depot-november-2016-khakis

revive-depot-november-2016-khakis-2

Cato Pants - Individual Item Cost $7.99

These pants were also NEW WITH TAGS!!! These didn't fit, either. I'm starting to wonder if items that are new with tags wind up in re-sale situations when they are not true to size. In any case, I love all the cool stud detailing on these pants. Very cute!

revive-depot-november-2016-brown-top

revive-depot-november-2016-brwn-top-2

Cato Top - Individual Item Cost $6.49

Once again NEW WITH TAGS! I couldn't believe my luck! Both good and bad luck, since everything with tags were a miss for me. This top technically fit but I didn't like the way it looked on me. It happens.

revive-depot-november-2016-red-sweater

Abercrombie & Fitch Sweater - Individual Item Cost $9.49

This was my jubilee item for the month. Why? NEW WITH TAGS!!! And it fits my son perfectly! It's really nice quality, and I like the color on him a lot.

Cass Club Pants - Individual Item Cost $6.49

I chose these pants for my ten-year-old because he can wear them with his school uniform or to church. He really liked them! He said they were super comfortable. They're in great shape, too.

revive-depot-november-2016-fleece

Cass Club Half-Zip Fleece Sweatshirt - Individual Item Cost $6.49

My ten-year-old has actually never had a half-zip fleece before, and he totally loves this one! I couldn't get him to take it off! I was really impressed with what good condition this was in. Fleece usually pills so easily, but this one was like new!

revive-depot-november-2016-red-shirt

Van Heusen Shirt - Individual Item Cost $5.49

This shirt was another great score from Revive Depot this month. It fits my son well, and he can wear it with his school uniform or to church. It's also in great shape.

Lee Jeans - Individual Item Cost $5.49

The jeans are also in great condition, and they fit my eight-year-old really well! This is probably because they have an adjustable waistband, but hey, whatever works when you have a really thin little boy

revive-depot-november-2016-boy-outfit

Cass Club Boys Sweater - Individual Item Cost $6.49

Look at how nicely this sweater goes with the shirt, too! This sweater is sized 8/10, but it is a little small. It fits my son okay for this season, but it will definitely not fit when he's in a size 10. My guess is that someone may have washed it in hot water at some point, maybe? In any case, it's great for now.

Bugle Boy Pants - Individual Item Cost $5.49

These pants are in great shape, too, and can totally be worn to school or church. Both the kids had fabulous luck at Revive this month!

revive-depot-november-2016-mens-outfit

Banana Republic Mens Sweater - Individual Item Cost $8.49

This is a great lightweight sweater, and it fits my husband perfectly. He loves the color, too!

King Antique Jeans - Individual Item Cost $8.99

Hooray! Jeans that fit lengthwise! If you read my September review, you would have been treated to seeing my husband wearing two pairs of high-waters. I noted at that time that the inseam of men's pants was not listed on the Revive site. I have noticed since then that they have started listing length as well as width, bravo! In my case, I did send an email to customer service and ask them for a list of jeans with the proper length and width. They replied within one day! That's great service!

revive-depot-november-2016-mens-sweater

American Eagle Outfitters Sweater - Individual Item Cost $7.49

This is a nice heavy sweater in great condition. I think my husband looks great in it!

revive-depot-november-2016-sweatpants

Champs Activewear Sweatpants - Individual Item Cost $4.49

Everyone needs new sweatpants once in a while, right? These fit my husband well and are in great condition.

Verdict: Revive Clothing Depot is amazing, and I honestly don't know how they manage to turn a profit with these prices! We got fifteen pieces of great quality clothing for $45 shipped. Four pieces were brand new! The value of those alone is well over what we paid! The cost of everything if I had purchased them individually from Revive would have been $104.85, so even that discount is amazing! I am a little bummed that three pieces didn't work out (and that they were mine), but twelve pieces worked out wonderfully. I'm a huge fan of Revive Depot! It's a great way to outfit your family on a budget!

I know this sub is probably growing so fast that they may be having difficulty keeping up and am pleased that they are slowing down to make improvements but would love to know if they are going to continue the sub. They are not offering the sub on the web any longer and I have 4 months left.
They need to add new items more frequently! But I must say I have recieved many wonderful items, new items and high value items. Love that you can get things for men, women and children. I hope the sub continues and that they are just working on how to improve.

Did they stop their monthly subs? My daughter has been trying to purchase one for several days and the option is not there anymore.

I got an email this morning saying that they’re suspending service starting December 18 to get their quality control issues under control. Maybe that’s why?

Oh and I am posting 1/2 asleep so forgot to comment. I feel you on the pants issues, some of their pants seem to be of the old sizing or about a size smaller… But otherwise looks like you did get some great items. Congrats for finding them. That shirt looks nice on you, the kids clothing looks very nice too(love the checked pullover!), and your hubby has pants that fit him! That works! GL with your sub, I hope you experience ends better them mine did(great the 1st 3mo, downhill from there)

I loved this subscription at 1st. Now they rarely add anything and the selection was getting hard to pick from. CS was almost always on the chat window wanting to help. This last month, my last month while I got some great items I am just done. not adding stock as often and the quality of the items has also gone down, very disappointing… They were my favorite sub at 1st, now, I think I am done at least till I need a whole new wardrobe maybe then I will find it’s worth again.

I’ve actually had problems with my sub. I wear a size 10 shoe and a size 3X (22/24) and they just don’t have all that many items, and I don’t like much of what they do have. They don’t update the selection very often/often enough. They keep promising the world but this issue really hasn’t gotten better in the months I’ve been subbing.

Thanks Sandy. I have been wondering if other plus size ladies were having similar issues.

This site has excellent customer service. Last month there were quite a few of us who were very unhappy with them. I think they did a wonderful job in resolving these issues AND they made a commitment to continue to improve their subscription program for their subscribers. Most of the problems stemmed from not posting new merchandise as quickly as they did when the service was first available. I think they still need to improve on this in all of their departments. What had formerly been new merch every week has decreased to once a month (except for a page or two here or there). I know a lot of people are not renewing their six month subscription due to that issue alone. Also, it seems that they had some better brands in the beginning. My issue now is that a GREAT portion of their inventory is not seasonally appropriate. For instance, all women’s dresses are mostly sleeveless and for summer. As for the clothes themselves, they are great! Nothing has been too worn or in bad condition. No more beautifully individual item wrapping though….my cats are super sad about that. They love to sleep in the boxes and tear up all the tissue paper. ? Shipping is really fast and returns have been really easy. I am on the fence about renewing. If they figure out how to add items more frequently and expand their product selection across all lines, I will likely stay. On the other hand, I have way too many clothes/shoes and do not need a single thing. But I love thrifting at home in my pj’s. Shopping addiction is REAL!!

I have felt like this was a good sub, especially for getting my daughter clothes on the cheap, but I agree returns are a bit of a hassle and whatever they use on the clothes to clean them is super smelly. I have to wash everything thoroughly before wearing.

Twelve out of fifteen sounds like a win! I have received some great pieces from Revive, but I’ve also had a lot of trouble with fit (and unexpected fiber content, colors/patterns, stains…). Returns have been a hassle and at this point I’m just donating to Goodwill what doesn’t work out. My sub is up in January and I will not be renewing — but I’ve still gotten my money’s worth with this sub!
