No extra box for me yet.

Did anyone else subscribe and not receive the promised extra box? I just got my December and it didn’t have the October box included. I double checked my order and I did place the correct discount code and I did order it the same day as this post because the October box looked awesome. I’ve just sent an email to them, awaiting their response. Just wondering if this was a global glitch or if I am the only “lucky” one.

A bunch of us didn’t receive the box yet according to the forum. I talked to Robb Vices CS last week and they said that they are waiting on a reprint of the October booklet. According to CS (to me and a couple others), they are going to get them out – just not before Christmas.

I’m so debating on if I should wait to see if they do a black friday deal or snag this one today?!!! If I knew they were offering a black friday deal I would wait since I wasn’t super in love with the October box. If I order today I’m still going to contact them to see if the box with the speaker is still available instead.

Thanks so much! I caved and just ordered a 12 month subscription ($804 YIKES!). I sent an email to customer support asking to get the September box as my free box if possible. I really hope they have extras because my husband would love that speaker. If Robb Vices customer support is reading this please let us request past boxes if available. Or do a sale where we can buy any extra past boxes you have. Can’t wait to get Decembers box!

Liz, when does the extra box ship? Does it ship with the first box or last box of the subscription?

I emailed them the exact question and they replied “the extra box is a surprise and comes at the end of the subscription.”

Liz…..Do you know if the first box will be Nov or Dec? Kinda of hoping for Nov….I know a lot of people were disappointed in it, but I liked it!
I signed up for the 6 month and am really looking forward to the free Oct box

I had difficulty getting my order to go through so I spoke to a helpful woman on the phone. The first box will be December. You could probably still get the November box if you call.

I have called the number on the bottom of their website and it always goes to a voicemail box and doesn’t say anything about it being Robb Vices. Yes, I double checked the number a million times to make sure it was correct. What number did you use?

I’m crushed too… been eyeing this sub for a while, would totally jump the gun with this BF offer… unfortunately, they don’t ship to my state ?
I wonder if I opt out on any boxes that contain alcohol (since I don’t drink anyway), will they take my sub? ? Gonna email them to ask after get off work

All of their boxes contain alcohol. It’s kind of like the calling card of the box.

Question, is this something that can be added to a current subscription? Or does it have to be new customers starting in Nov?

If you were already a subscriber, the extra October box isn’t a selling point. Do you know if there is a way to get an extra box at the end of the subscription? Or an older box, maybe from last year (like Sept ’15)?

They used to ship to IL, and now they don’t. People who signed up before they stopped will continue to get their boxes until they cancel/the sub runs out. I emailed and checked with them, also bummed about this.

You are the second person to say this. I live in Chicago and receive the deliveries. Could is be a county/township issue where you live in a “dry” spot?

This one saddens me because unfortunately, they do not ship to PA. So sad, stupid PA and its insane alcohol restrictions 🙁 I really really wanted this deal.

Liz, is the “Save $10.00” off the price of the total subscription or $10.00 off each box in the subscription? Also is the bonus box being shipped at the end of the subscription term or will it come next month so the items can be potentially gifted?
