I bought one at $10 because I use that particular eye liner and that was most of the cost. I knew I would use most of the products. I’m not going to stress over calling CS over the $3 difference even though it is a little frustrating. I look at it as buying something when it first comes out at full price and then seeing it later for half off and going well, heck. LOL

I am going to get one more box. I’m tempted to try the lash primer now, but I know I will keep the eyeliner and I know I can gift most of the rest of the items as stocking stuffers for my mom and sister.

And….it’s sold out. Oh well!

Was this one so bad that nobody wanted it? I don’t even want it at the discount price, so hopefully Target will start to get the message if it still doesn’t sell.

Thats the exact reason I’m on here today but I see no responses. . Hopefully someone will know something soon :/

Ok I totally caved and Just ordered it. @7$ I think it’s a great buy! I have never really used lash primer until yesterday, when I pulled out what I thought was just mascara. It ended up being a lash primer that i received as a present and I never used it. I loved the end result so I am super excited to try that. Everything else is a bonus.

I really love this box, so of course I had to treat my friends to one, especially at this price. Can someone tell me the best way they have found to use the brightener? My finger just doesn’t seem to work too well. Thanks.

I love my box! I just got it yesterday. $10 was a good price for me. I already use the shampoo, so a travel size is great. I tried the lash primer this morning and ❤️ it! My lashes look very full and longer than with the grande primer and at a much better price. I also really like the smell of the face cream, it wasn’t overwhelming at all. I used the highlighter as an eyeshadow base and it worked well. So the rest of the items are bonuses at this point. And $7 is even better for those who didn’t get to buy it already.

I wasn’t super excited about this box at first, but love the lash primer, I might get it now that it’s on sale because I would 100% buy the primer again and I think it’s normally around $5 or $6, so it seems like a good deal to me now.

I just tried to use a $5 dollar gift certificate they gave me when they screwed up one of my former orders-it’s not working.:/

Cassie

Yay! I just did the customer service chat and talked to Thomas. He is refunding me the $3 difference.

How the mighty have fallen. From sell out boxes to boxes that go on clearance. The price doubling while the curation and value going down must be the wrong recipe for success. I hope this is a wale up call for target. I must say even the walmart boxes are way more amazing and they are only half the price.

So agree! I skipped this month as well because it went from $5 to $7…and now $10! The greed caused them to have to go back to $7. They are sold out now so I hope that this is a lesson learned. Walmart is also better because it is a one-time sign up, so no scrambling to get to the box!

True that!

Totally agree.

Agreed!

I just got off the phone with customer service, I had ordered 3 boxes (1 for myself and 2 for my daughters) and discussed with the representative the reduced price. At first he didn’t want to refund me the $3, but once I told him it didn’t immediately come out of my account, he looked into it and refunded me $3 on each box. As I explained to him, it wasn’t fair that the price was now reduced, after the 14 day refund limit time. Very nice gentleman in customer service, and I will be getting a $9 gift card refund.

Yay! Definitely wasn’t a $10 box for me but at $7 that’s awesome! I also had a $2 gift card from Shopkick (if you don’t have that app you should get it!) so I got this for $5!! Whoo! I need some more eye cream and have wanted to try mascara primer for awhile 🙂 Hopefully this will give them a clue and make the December box(es) cheaper than $10!

Lunalee

Added the app. Sounds good!

Julie E

Oh it says day cream not eye cream. Well poop. Oh well still great at $5 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Mine came yesterday. Even for $7, not great. Mascara primer is ok, had a reaction to the sheet mask, highlighter is awful, and rest is just filler. Oh well, haven’t enjoyed a Target box in a while.

Reply ButtonReply

T L Carter

I felt the same way. The Target boxes use to be a great value. Now they are just ok.

Reply ButtonReply

Sherry

I had added this one to my cart at $10 a few times but never went thru with the purchase. $7 is worth it – I want to try that primer (I always use mascara primer but I get them from Sephora – glad to see the drugstore brands are catching on) and I’ll for sure use the face mask and the deep conditioner so why not! The other products are meh – but can’t win em all. I hope they go back to $5 boxes OR up their game for $10 boxes. At the $10 mark they have to compete with Sephora Play, Ipsy and Birchbox and the last couple ones haven’t cut it.

Reply ButtonReply

Stacey

Score! I love this box for $10 (the shampoo, mask, primer and eyeliner were all great for me, so it was a good value), so I definitely love it and will get another one (or two) for $7.

Reply ButtonReply

Lily

Target refunded me the $3 as a courtesy for the price reduction, do now I’m happy!

Reply ButtonReply

RZ

I asked for a $3 refund for the same reason, and was told that you only have 2 weeks to get a pride adjustment…since I ordered the box 10/31, it’s too late to get an adjustment now. So how did you manage to get them to do it?

Reply ButtonReply

Lily

I used the chat feature and the rep did tell me that I did not qualify for the adjustment but would do it as a one time courtesy. Perhaps seeing that I paid with a Target card and I have multiple online orders might have helped? Try again.

Leah

Did you send them an email?

Reply ButtonReply

Claire

I did this too. Open a chat with Target CS or call them. I did a chat.

Riatails

How’d you get them to do that?

Reply ButtonReply

Claire

I did this too. Open a chat with Target CS or call them. They refunded $3 to my original form of payment after a while.

Heather B

I have a 10 year old girl whose stocking this year is going to include some age-appropriate beauty products! Snagging this one for that purpose ?Happy with the reduction.

I bought one last week for $10 and LOVED the Laneige Water Bank Soothing Mask. Was about to purchase a box of 5 for $24 from Target, but decided to get 2 more of these boxes. In the $7 the mask is about $4.80, so I’m getting everything else for $2.20. Which will make awesome grab bags and gifts for friends!

Also, FYI that it will only let you add one $7 box to your cart per transaction (free shipping). So if you want multiple boxes you need to do separate check-outs.

Christina

ARRGH! I wish I hadn’t read your comment. I was doing so well at resisting, but you put me over the top 😉 Trying out an awesome mask and then getting stuff I don’t really need but will definitely use for ~$2? I guess my wallet can live with that

USPS ended up losing my original package so Target gave me a refund since they said it was out of stock (which apparently it’s not!). USPS ended up finding the package so it was delivered. That said, I wouldn’t recommend paying $10 for the box, but $7 is a good value. The mascara primer and sheet mask were really the only standouts. I was very disappointed in the highlighter.

Reply ButtonReply

Victoria

I’d been using that eyeliner since I was in high school until I met boxes last year. I’d get one for that with extras if I didn’t have (a few from subs!) “better” eyeliners now.

Reply ButtonReply

Amber

Still not interested in it. Hope December’s is better

Reply ButtonReply

Sara

Me too! But it should let target know this box wasn’t very good. For the fact it’s still available and they had to drop the price of it.

Reply ButtonReply

MzBev

I’m like the others who are shocked they lowered the cost! I hope they keep this in mind, going forward! Either they need to make it a better value box for $10 or charge less! I ended up getting one for $7 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Lisa

Looks like the box got popular, Target got greedy, increased prices, and now Target is stuck with leftovers. That’s one way to find out the max price customers will pay. Seeing that makes me think less of Target.

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

Yep. Too many repeats and the value has gone way down. This is a terrible box. Not even tempted to buy it for $7.

Reply ButtonReply

Mattie

Whoa! I don’t recall them ever discounting a box before and I can’t even recall any of them that didn’t sell out?

Reply ButtonReply

Steph R

Well, that sucks. I just bought it yesterday for $10…. Already kinda peeved at Target since my men’s box order was canceled without any notification. Off to chat to see if I can get it for $7… If not, I may be done with Target.

Reply ButtonReply

nelliebelle1197

The men’s box was not supposed to be live. It was never available.

Reply ButtonReply

Amalia

Guessing that the discount reflects the coupon value – coupon must be about to expire. That’s ok, I’d been waffling about this one for a while now, so grabbed it too!
