I don’t understand this, but with these type of sites, I often have trouble logging in. I have ordered before, but when I try to sign in, it just rejects the user name and password I submit, but when I try to “sign up” as a new customer, it insists my e-mail address already in use. Of course it is, it’s mine!!! But they won’t let me log in with it either. Anyone else have this kind of problem?

I don’t know if this is the case for you, but I have found on numerous websites that if I try to sign in with a “saved” email or login id it is rejected. When I try again by typing each letter/number/symbol individually it works just fine. I just assume it has something to do with security on the site. It tends to happen more often when signing in with my phone.

I had the same problem but I’ve never ordered but they did have my email locked up. So I used the forget password button and then used the link they emailed me and set up my account that way.

Shipping is $9 not $8. $9 shipping on a $10 order seems a bit high for domestic shipping. I would think they could get two kits in a box for less shipping cost.
Hard to figure out why place order button was not activated until I found the check box to agree. Very busy page made it a bit difficult to find.

I agree, that shipping is crazy when you consider it’s for paper items. Even pop in a box shipping from the UK is only 3.99. Oh well, easy pass.

Agreed! Was going to buy two kits, but the shipping fee ended up turning me off. It makes absolutely no sense that the shipping for two kits would be more than twice the shipping for one kit.
