Good To Know: These are all exclusive items!
Collector Corps is a bi-monthly subscription for Funko fanatics. Every delivery is themed in some way - some are themed after comic events/movies, like 'Civil War', or a category of characters, like 'Women of Power', as well as specific characters like 'Ant-Man' and 'Deadpool'.
Each month now comes with a large information sheet. With this, you can find our additional details about each item in the box - including concept art.
The first items you'll find in your box are your themed collector patch and pin. The patch features Storm, while the pin features my personal favorite hero/villain, Magneto.
Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters Shirt - Value $15?
This month's shirt is a bit different than your typical Funko shirt. First, it's a ringer tee with black trim around the gray shirt. Second, it doesn't feature any POP characters. I'm OK with the POP shirts because this is a POP box after all, but I do love when they switch it up - and I'd like to see it more.
We've seen this Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters shirt done before - but I do really like the look of this as a ringer tee.
Wolverine's Motorcycle Ride - Value $34 on POP Price Guide
The hero item of the month is this Wolverine POP Ride.
I'm loving this sculpt for a lot of reasons. He's got a bit of gray in his hair - working towards that Old Man Logan look - and I also love that he's only got one set of claws popped - it's just a bit unique!
How is excited for 'Logan' this March? I can't get enough of the trailer - I love the Old Man Logan storyline, and I can't wait to see a little X-23!
Mystique Rock Candy - Value $10 on POP Price Guide
After never receiving a Rock Candy vinyl figure in any box, this is now my second in a week after receiving Captain Marvel in The Stan Lee Box.
This is the classic Mystique look to me - and it's a cool sculpt with the gun.
Marvel Champions #1 - Value $4.99 + Exclusive variant cover
I've been receiving a lot from the new Champions series in recent boxes. The story line looks like fun - a new, young, superhero team is born in this issue!
If you're a fan of Ms. Marvel - check this one out!
Verdict: It's all about the POP Ride this month - and that's ok for me because it doesn't disappoint! While the Rock Candy figure wouldn't be my first choice of vinyl figure line from Funko and the comic wasn't new to me (I love the variant cover though) - the shirt and POP Ride are just great, and that's all I need to make this box worth it for me.
