Mindfulness Box for Kids sends a card listing and describing the box items. I appreciate this information as it helps me know if anything is missing and how to find items I’d like to purchase again.

Inside All by Margaret H. Mason - Value $8.48

I love getting books in my child’s subscription boxes as we are big readers in this house. This was a great book for us to talk about how all living things are connected and how important it is to show compassion for others no matter how far away or different they may be.

My daughter is completely addicted to Headspace so we are glad to receive this gift certificate. The Bodhi Tree and Stacey website provides two new “stories” each month which are short and easy for kids to get involved in meditation and mindfulness.

I love getting books in subs for my daughter and she loves getting rocks. Go figure. This is actually quite beautiful and is a stone that stands for self-expression and confidence. We’ve been discussing those topics with our 7-year-old a lot lately so we both liked this.

Lara Bar Mini (Apple Pie) - Value $1.25

We love Lara Bars! This tastes just like apple pie with nuts. Yum!

Heart Coloring Page, Inside All Activity, Solar System Activity - Value $10.00?

I thought these activities were a great way to illustrate and reinforce the theme of the Inside All book. The flipbook activity illustrated how each place we reside is part of yet another larger place and that they (we) are all connected.

I reached out  CorunumArsty how they value the activities in this box and they said typically it’s around $10.00 so I’m basing my value on that.

Verdict: Mindfulness Box for Kids is a great way to support practicing mindfulness at home with the little ones. It’s a struggle for me to practice mindfulness each day so I truly appreciate anything I can get to support that practice. I’m hoping my daughter will be better than I am due to us discussing and practicing it at a young age. The items in this box typically great conversations with my daughter and I’ve very pleased with that. In fact, this was my favorite month so far.

My estimated value of this box is $43.82 which is above the monthly cost of $29.00 and then I always factor in shipping which is worth a lot to me since I live in the middle of nowhere!
