The CuteBox recently started adding an info slip in their boxes.
Oekaki Chocolate DIY Kit
This is a chocolate lollipop DIY kit. I love these kits because they're easy to make and you can't mess up the taste of chocolate!
After aligning the colored slip with the plastic mold, simply add the tiny candy coated chocolates into the cavities to make cute designs. Then, melt the chocolate bar and pour over the molds.
The result is super delicious chocolate! The candy coated beads give it a bit of delicious crunch.
Konpeito
Konpeito is sugar rock candy. They're usually unflavored but come in various fun colors. I love to crunch on these as a small pick-me-up snack.
Hello Kitty Activity Pad
This is a Hello Kitty coloring and activity book for children.
The pink clipboard has a built-in slot that contains four crayons.
The book has a variety of cute games that would be appropriate for elementary school kids.
Little Gift Cards
These adorable cards are about the size of my palm. The insides are blank so they are great for pretty much any occasion.
Kimono Gel Stickers
These are perfumed gel stickers. Each design is very detailed and you can tell they're high-quality stickers. My favorites are the kimonos. I can do without the strong floral scent but it's still a fun touch.
Kokeshi Doll Lip Balm
This is a lip balm shaped like a girl in a kimono. I adore the packaging! It's easy to carry around in my pocket or purse. The formula is moisturizing but I do have to reapply throughout the day.
Mini Collecting Box
This is the cutest pillbox, ever. The bear's expressions are hilarious yet adorable! You can store all sorts of small items in the components-- I will be keeping buttons in mine.
Rilakkuma Key Cover
This is a soft rubber Rilakkuma key cover. I have more key covers than keys by now, so this will just be a keychain bauble on its own.
Dolphin Plush
I think this plush can be a dolphin or a whale, to be honest. Either way, it's soft and plump. It has a suction cup on a ball chain that's easily detachable if it's not to your liking.
Little Twin Stars Socks
Little Twin Stars are characters made by Sanrio. The blue-haired brother is Kiki and the pink-haired sister is Lala. They always come as a pair, so naturally, these ankle socks feature one twin on each foot!
Verdict: This was an amazing month! My favorite was the chocolate DIY kit. There were 10 items total for a cost breakdown of $1.80 apiece. I think the curation has been improving every month as well. I'm already looking forward to my next box.
