Amazon has launched a new STEM Club Toy subscription box! (Thanks, Caroline, for the heads up!)

The Box: Amazon STEM Club Toy Subscription

The Cost: $19.99

The Products: STEM Club is a monthly program that delivers handpicked, high-quality Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math toys to your door, at a great price. Each month you will receive a different, age-appropriate STEM toy that will encourage your child to learn through play. From robotics to natural sciences, there’s always a new discovery on the way.

There are 3 age range options: 3-4 year olds, 5-7 year-olds, 8-13 year olds. (Currently, you can only sign up for one subscription per account.)

I ordered the 5-7 age range and am getting Snap Circuits Fundamentals: An Introduction to Electronics Circuits Science Kit, which says has a recommended age of 8 plus. So that’s a little confusing. My daughter is 6 so I hope she is able to comprehend it. It has the price listed at $27.91.

I just got that same set for my nephew for Christmas. He is five and loves it.

Ordered yesterday, got shipping notice today. I got the 8-13 box. Shipping the Be Amazing Toys Science Behind Magic kit that sells for $27.80 on Amazon. It’s also the #1 best seller in chemistry kits. I’m happy to get a good value and a well reviewed item.

I ordered last night for the same age group and am getting the same kit. I wanted to mention that it looks like if I’m not happy with this item I could cancel it because it hasn’t shipped yet and on the order page it does show the option to cancel.
