Has anybody received their boxes or info on their boxes for Janurary

I recently resubscribed and I’m really happy with their changes! They send out some good products for what you pay! I really like their brand of brushes too, I didn’t think I would at first but I was pleasantly surprised and I have a severe addiction to brushes. I just joined the new morphs me brush sub, well I don’t know if it’s new but it’s new to me and again I was pleasantly surprised. Some boxes are really stepping up their game while others like Boxycharm which was my number one box, has really declined since they have all these unequal variations. I’ve been getting some good boxes still but I actually feel guilty and feel like it’s not fair that I’m getting the best variations while others aren’t. I’ve noticed this is happening more to the newer subscribers……. That’s just not right! I’m sorry but each box NEEDS to be same or at least hold the same value. My bottom three subs from the last few years are now becoming my top faves. And I should’ve known that this months new beauty test tube wouldn’t be as good as the last one but I thought, well it’s the start of the year so maybe they’ll really amp up the box…. Haha, I literally closed the box and it’s sitting on my sun porch still. So much money got wasted on shipping cause the box was maybe only a quarter of the way full. They could’ve sent it all in a padded envelope and saved us half the cost of shipping their mainly air filled box. I had to look at the review because I thought I was missing some items, such a joke. But watch, I’ll cancel and then the next one will be bomb! Sorry ladies, I tend to get carried away. I have no life being a housewife. I sit and watch ID all day, it’s sad. These subs are something that I can look forward to. I’ve been trying to get pregnant and it’s just not happening. My husband is a lawyer who drowns himself in work and thinks giving me an unlimited amount to shop with makes up for it. It don’t! Money doesn’t buy happiness, yeah I’m financially secure but I’m also lonely and away from friends and family. I come from a small town in Indiana and here we are in NYC and I can’t even see the stars at night! I miss looking at the stars and it’s relaxing and helps me to just think about things.

Beauty Box 5 is not BBB accredited and has an F rating. Not at all surprised by this. Failure to adhere to their own FAQ’s. Boxes are supposed to ship on the 8th of the month. They have been shipping late for months and placing blame on their product vendors. Customer service is not responding to emails. January boxes have not shipped as of 1/19/2017. My billing date was changed without notification or request. Additional orders purchased from them take about a week to even ship and about 2 weeks after that to arrive. Beauty Box 5 chose to cancel my account for me. I did not ask them to do so. I resorted to Facebook messaging as they are not responding to emails. I did say that I am going to cancel my subscription with them after I get my January Beauty Box 5. Their response was to cancel my account. They took money out of my bank account on 1/5/17 but have not shipped the merchandise paid for and are not responding to any type if correspondence. I am now wondering if they will even send me the January BB5 box I have already paid for. I would highly reccomend staying away from this company.

Yay something new and different! I love BB5

BB5 is my new favorite sub. I got the annual deal for $84 when they offered it last month. Then I c u s s e d myself for not using the link to get the gorgeous Marsk “vanilla frost” eyeshadow. Guess what? They included it in my first box anyway! Nice people! Everything is usable or giftable. My December box was worth $46 BEFORE the Marsk eyeshadow. Great for $7… Happy camper here.
