I have to vent. I order this for my niece for her xmas present and the service has been terrible. First I received a tracking, weeks later with no movement of tracking I reached out to CS, they did respond fast and said that the label was created and not shipped, they would ship out immediately and apologized. Fine, I liked the fast response and was willing to give it a second chance. It has now been 9 days later, no shipping information has been sent to me and nothing delivered. I reached out to CS this morning to cancel. I am so disappointed as I have heard great things from this box and it was a Xmas present. Be warned.
